Grand Canyon Hotel and Suites

This is a very nice hotel and very close to the park entrance. Tusayan is a cute little town, and enough to do in the evenings.

Property is dated, but it was clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super. The two guys on 10/2 were awesome keeping it stocked. Front desk was amazing helping us to print a paper since they don’t have a business station. Overall great place for quick trip into the Grand Canyon since our Yavapai Lodge reservations were cancelled due to the water shortage.

Need better and more parking

We had a great experience at this hotel. Only negative would be that housekeeping entered our room when asked not to, taking some of our

Bed was uncomfortable, the a/c didn’t work very good and the shower drained very slow. The breakfast was just enough and the staff was great.

Great location and breakfast

This was fine lodging. Breakfast was appreciated and better than we expected. It's wireless service is insufficient to handle the load when the hotel is fully booked. It also drops the connection frequently. A room safe would have been appreciated.

We typically don't stay at big hotels like.this and try to stick to smaller guys. But the hospitality at this location was top notch. The night we arrived, we came in late and they had saved a spot for us to park just in case we couldnt find anything. She was soooo kind! All the staff was amazing. And all the amenities are what you would expect if a larger hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The property over all was nice and cared for. The rooms need updating and repairs. There was visible mold on the ceiling above the shower in our room. Overall, a good experience for this price point. Cannot complement the staff enough!

Room and bathroom was very clean. Close to the Park entrance. Dining within walking distance. Perfect spot for our vacation.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location just outside the South Rim park. Convenient to restaurants as well as gas and stores. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay here again :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Canyon Hotel & Suites. Staff was very efficient and responsive. Best location if you are not staying in the park. Breakfast staff were outstanding, meeting our special request. Only minor issue was that one of the blinds in the bedroom would not raise but even that was a benefit as when trying to fix it, I looked out the window and saw eight elks walking across the parking lot. Not an everyday sight.

Awesome location and great place to stay.

Breakfast was the same everyday. I like a variety instead of breakfast burritos everyday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the therapy spa in adults only building.

Room was very clean and had all the anemities one could need. Hotel is in a great location and walking distance from restaurants, stores etc. Plenty of free parking available. Breakfast crew was amazing they went above and beyond for guests. All in all it was a great stay and would book again.

The stay was very good. The accommodation, service and convenience were all excellent. Special thanks and mention of the breakfast workers. They were exceptionally helpful.
