Clean and well kept hotel that is an affordable place to stay when visiting Grand Canyon. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This family owned establishment is top notch. The facility is very clean. The beds are comfy and the amenities were extremely nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and at the same time prompt. Will stay there again!

Dated rooms, dated bathrooms, noisy environment

BUT...The room was really dated, small and dark. The curtains hang down over the AC/heater unit which seemed unsafe. The TV had a few local channels and no streaming is available. Only one charging plug for phones. We were in a building separate from the main building, which was kind of noisy, and there is no elevator. The stairs aren't located near the available parking. They don't offer complimentary breakfast, but do have coffee available in the morning. The pool is in the parking lot, but set away from the street. For the price I expected a higher quality place.

Check in was fairly quick, room size was good, room and bathroom were clean, pillows and beds were comfortable. Only downside was no breakfast. Tea and coffee provided.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed comfort for me was 7.5/10. Bathroom amenities were nice Dove brand products which I love. No breakfast but 20% restaurants next door. Coffee and tea available for the road. Would stay there again if I come back to the area.

Awesome space! 5 of us were in 1 room with 2 queen beds and 1 roll away. Perfect! Having the restaurant on site was amazing! Very close to the park entrance

The property was a great location to all the jeep tours and within walking distance of everything around it. My room was clean and well maintained.

The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating switching our room to a bottom floor

Good place to stay.

We stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. It has been owned by the same family for 50 years. The place was immaculate. For a 50 yr old hotel it was very clean and comfortable. The only downside, the pool was very small and the hot tub didn’t work.

The lodge is about 5 easy miles from the park. The room is spacious, pretty ordinary but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The local food offerings are few and overpriced. But Plaza Bonita directly adjacent to the hotel was very tasty.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice staff, hot chocolate and coffee in Lobby. Great communication start to finish. Nice and so close to the South Rin Grand Canyon National Park entrance. Good food and gas for car close by.

Room had a bit of an odor (maybe due to the recycled toilet water?) and was bit dark (probably because it was an end room with window directly facing wall of adjacent building). Most annoying was the

What a gem! Terrific location close to the South Rim entrance. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and helpful staff. If you show your room keys to two restaurants within easy walking distance, you get 10% off. We only tried one of them, but the Mexican food was fantastic. Best mole I had ever had. And the margaritas hit the spot. We only spent one night there, but I would definitely return. Just perfect for our needs.
