Absolutely a horrible experience

The bed and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. The rest of the room was a bit dismal. The room was a bit smaller than expected, we had to turn our luggage sideways to get it in the room. The "soft" chair was hard and dirty. We used a blanket for a chair cover. The drapes and the entryway had cobwebs and dust built up. The ac unit was extremely rattley and shook the room when it started. We asked about disposing of garbage and was told to use the bins outside the building doors. We were there for three days those bins were full and never emptied. The lady at the desk was helpful but seemed put off that we were asking questions. Breakfast was always good and fresh.

The room spelled like mold very bad coming out of the air conditioner. I thought all 3 nights when I booked the rooms were $85.60 per night, but the other 2 nights got doubled when I paid the bill. I will not go thru expedia again due to the cost and the will not stay at The Days Inn in Grand Island, NE again due to the bad smell!!! Thank you Tami

Desk all night makes cashing a late night voucher from the slot machine feel more like a bother than anything

The towels were not clean the couch was ripped, and the mirror was dirty!

After being tired from driving all day, all I wanted was hot shower and comfortable bed All facilities and staff where great

We really like this place. Room was clean and modern style. Bed was good and so was the air conditioning. Breakfast was good. We will come back.

It was okay. The orange juice takes watery and the apple juice was like pure water.

There is no elevator, so lugging your luggage up to the second floor via the stairs kinda sucks, room was ok.

The location was perfect for our needs The sofa had an odor like it was musty or someone had been smoking. Plus the outside door and sidewalk to the north had cracks in it that could be a tripping hazard.
