Ease of access to multiple restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not elaborate but good. Not enough room for two people to access their suitcases. There was one upholstered chair and a rolling office chair that would not stay in the lifted position. It would let you raise it up but after a minute or so it would slide back down. Our room was next to the coin op laundry and late at night people would wash and dry bulky clothes making the banging sound of the dryer resonate in our room into the early morning. It was hard to sleep.

I will never use Expedia ever again!!!! When I booked this room I accidentally booked for 9/20 instead of 9/23. I could only access a virtual person but they told me that since I had booked another date - they would see what they could do. I get to motel tonight and get charged again!!!! I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau! The person that checked us in said it shows as a no show on the 20th!

I would stay again there.

The breakfasts were very good. Lots of variety and well prepared. Long way from the elevator/stairs. I would have liked to get a military discount. The clock in the room didn't work well.

Typical hotel. Nothing extraordinary. Room was clean, bed was fine, and shower was very good. Only problem was the room had a musky/mildew smell likely due to the AC unit air filter not being properly cleaned or replaced.

When I opened the door to my room, I was overwhelmed by a musty smell. It seemed the room had some serious moisture issues. The bathroom had someone else's hair in several spots on the floor. It didn't seem clean and the musty smell was concerning. The only reason I stayed was because I had to run the State Fair half marathon and other hotels were booked up.

The pool was freezing cold. We found this place to stay because of the pool and the warm pool. Very unhappy. MANAGER SAID THEY WOULD CALL US ABOUT IT AND HAS NEVER REACHED BACK UP.

My stay was good from start to finish. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

Room smelled moldy.

Convient location, staff was amazingly helpful Room was musty walking in and feels like under ac carpet was slightly damp socks got wet from being near , corner of restroom dirty bugs on toilet paper and corner of toilet had dead crickets ,shower had water leaking out of glass created slip hazard had to use towels so my daughter didn't slip, shower shampoo bottles were not used by us because they were brown stained and used we had to go buy our own ,toilet paper looked dirty like dusty and black bug was on it like one on towel in photo ,Pool chlorine level may have been to high when we got in our eyes were burning up left with red eyes, we enjoyed the pool but for a fact I know levels were to high.

Clean. Somewhat updated. Technically within walking distance of many businesses but not the most inviting setting. Strip mall central.
