Clarion Inn Grand Junction

Breakfast was good and had alot of variety.

The Clarion Inn in Grand Junction was definitely worth the cost, with a nice, clean location and great breakfast. The person who assisted me was excellent, but the morning staff were extremely impolite. I have visited this place multiple times and was displeased with the overall service. Given the abundance of alternatives available, I most likely will not return. It's a shame that the negative interactions with the morning staff overshadowed the positive experience I had with the individual who helped me. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve. Until then, I will be exploring other options for my needs.

Dirty place and no kept well

The staff were very friendly and they had a good selection for breakfast with kids cups provided to us. They had a lot to do at the hotel including pool tables, an arcade/games, and indoor pool/hottub.. Carpets seemed dirty and there was black mold in the ceiling above the shower. They also did not have an elevator.

The room was comfortable, but the water pressure was very low and my room phone was malfunctioning. The low water pressure at the sink, the large heavy chairs, and no desk.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The first thing you smell when walking in the door is the indoor pool. It’s odd that it isn’t closed off so it’s in its own space. But the open area is welcoming with lots of plants. There was no fan in the bathroom so it was rather humid after we showered. Overall, a decent place to stay.

The place where I could park was near Door I > When I went to get something from my car my key card did't work It was 98degrees outside and I am handicapped and had to walk around to the front door to get into the hotel. When I told the desk staff they admitted that that door was a problem and maybe I should move my car as they couldn't fix it. They were less that sympathetic or responsible!! I found the cost for the place was to high for the quality of of the environment or the condition of the room.

I was not told up front that there was a $5.00 charge for parking.

The staff was friendly and was willing to help and sent me to a new room, which unfortunately was just as bad. Both rooms were musty, stains in carpet, and air conditioner was working poorly in both rooms. Noticed maintenance guy was rude to other customer service member.

Breakfast is still good though!

I have stayed at your property several times before and had no problems.This time was different,your juco kept up half the night ,i has to call the fornt desk several times to talk to them ,plus some one on one interaction,very pleasant.Also i left a wedding gift in the room and came back to retrieve it ,to find out someone opened the envelope looking for money ,when they saw a check they left it.Either you have a thief working at you place or the next occupier of the room is a thief .probably juco related.Love the breakfast ,lets try and tighten up the operation,if you want to call ,.my name is Lawrence Marusco.

Nice breakfast. The breakfast staff was quick and nice. The sheets were a little a rough and bed was not very soft. The jets in the hot tub didnt work and apparently havent for a while. The pool was really cold. The acutal property was huge- and very confusing. There are pool tables and an outside pool/hot tube and inside pool/spa. There were some other arcade machines as well. We didnt have a dog, but they seemed very dog friendly.
