La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Grand Junction

I cannot get over the fact that the beds were terrible, I mean really, really bad. My wife and I could hardly sleep at all, maybe two or three hours that night. The mattress were completely worn out to make it like a hammock and the bottom touched the boxspring. I have no idea how the property can look so nice and yet you have beds that are horrible. you know what I’m going to say about going there again.

The front desk lady was very helpful.

Ck in and ck out staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of foods. Plenty of free parking.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms were nice. We were a bit upset to discover the pool and hot tub were in need of repair and somewhat neglected in general. The outdoor pool was the main reason we chose this property.

Great hotel in grand junction

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable beds, and plenty of clean thick towels.

Very clean, paint in rooms looked fresh-not chipped or dinged. Nice large shower. Staff very friendly.

The room was clearly not up to basic cleanliness standards, and no guest should ever have to question whether the bed they are sleeping in is sanitary. What made the experience even worse was the hotel’s response. We brought the issue to their attention and expected at least an apology, a discount, or an upgrade to make things right. Instead, we received no apology, no discount, and no room upgrade. The staff showed very little concern about the condition of the room.

Breakfast was great

Many reviews say rooms are noisy; they are poorly insulated and I was awakened on and off by some repetitive noise: someone’s a/c, a generator??? It’s ok but I wouldn’t repeat.

Excellent condition verify clean rooms big room great breakfast just beds are Double which spouse to be queen bed it’s hard for 2 people to sleep that’s all overall everything is excellent

We needed extra towels and blankets and the front desk guys was super annoyed I asked for them. Even rolled his eyes at me.
