Clean rooms and nice area

Front desk said pol closed on Monday, but i saw 4 different families go and use the pool. Room #321 made noise all night long.

Clean hallways, hair in bathtub, on towels and debris in toilet upon arrival

Breakfast was disgusting, sausage were hard as a rock, the only thing that was good was the waffles and juice, room wasnt cleaned, had to ask for more bath towels

Great stay. Front desk clerk was super nice. Our air at our home had went out and we had to get a room. So she got is checked in and was just awesome.

The overall appearance and room was subpar. There is a trucking business right next door to the hotel that makes noise throughout the night. The impression I gathered from the condition of the room was the establishment was not concerned about the opinion of the customer. Pleasing the customer was not part of their agenda.

The staff was great and it was very clean and quiet. I will make this my hotel to stay at any time I'm in the Grand Prairie area.

Dolores in housekeeping, what a gem!! Miss Brittany at the front desk was so delightful and helpful. Rose the breakfast server was such a big help.

We booked this hotel for one of our employees, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. He was unable to sleep because the room was extremely noisy. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with missing and loose tiles, and the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. Due to these issues, he had to change hotels for his last night to get a comfortable and restful stay.

Our stay was great. Check in was easy, staff was great. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Not an issue but the ac made odd noises but it worked fine. We definitely recommend

Our room was nice, beds were comfortable. I was confused why it stayed that 5 people could sleep in the room but only 2 beds available. The tile in the bathrooms wasn’t grouted down so would move some too. Huge downfall was extremely noisy ALL night. Above us people were making noise all night long and running the halls and jumping around. I also heard people yelling outside. The noise was terrible.

If you're looking for a perfect getaway just to unwind or get away for a few days this place is it. They're very friendly, provide a clean and comfortable room to rest and a breakfast to suffice the early morning cravings. Definitely will be back!
