Elevators were wet and slippery.

Toilet didn’t work well

Virtually new, clean, well-staffed. Free airport shuttle 2x/hr. Nice!

Staff was great! Easy access. Nice pavilion outside with a grill.

The staff was amazing. Answered all of our questions and checked in us throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good compared to similar free breakfast options. Shuttle available for the airport (but give them notice beforehand). Bed was a little stiffer than I like, but that's a personal preference.

Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Michigan in a long time! Power blinds that block out the light the bed was comfortable and I slept really well! Omelets for breakfast were a treat and fresh coffee anytime! There was a kid party two doors down and I never heard them except for going in the hallway past their door.. Longer pool hours! Us late night people like to swim.. and late night food or snack availability would be nice too

Easy to find off the highway. Well lit at night. Back door was unlocked. Room was dirty- hair in the shower and on the sink. Coffee ring and coffee spill on the bathroom sink/counter. Our room description said 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper but we only had 2 queen beds- no sofa sleeper. Pool was small and cold and closed early. No towels available at the pool. Only one staff member was at the desk and she was very busy trying to answer the phone and check in guests. We had to wait to check in and to ask questions.

I still have not got my $25 incidental fee and nothing was was wrong with the property they just haven’t released it. When I call about it the young girls who answers the phones always give me some weird reason as to why I haven’t received my money.

The breakfast was very nice! It was also very clean!! My only complaint was I wish the bed was not so hard

Our flight was cancelled and we rebooked on a 6 am flight. The hotel was close, clean and priced as a good value. Five star. Nothing.
