Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Rapids Airport - South by IHG

El personal en el área de desayuno fue muy atento y amigable, pero el personal del front desk nada que ver fueron muy rudos. El área del Pool no habían toallas disponibles, ni papel en los baños, necesitan tener atención en esas áreas. La estadía 3 estrellas, pueden mejorar esas áreas.

This motel provided so many amenities that other motels now only provide on request. There were cups in the room and an ice bucket. The bathroom was set up to hold multiple products. There was plenty of space for luggage. Lots of outlets for electrical devices. Great pool.

Nice stay and I would definitely go back again

I would still stay here again as the complaints I have are minor and understandable... things break. However, it is worth considering if you hope to charge your phone or stream to the TV.

It’s also some of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel in years. Can’t put a finger on why. The hotel is clean, staff are great, and the breakfast is ok. However, I can’t recommend a hotel that advertises one thing and does not provide.

The stay was good except there was no coffee in the room. The air conditioner/ heater was difficult to control. We tried to turn up the just a degree and the heater kicked on, then turned it back down and the air cooled way down. Also the floor lamp behind the sofa had a bent plug so the light would not stay on. The usb ports between the beds also did not work. The beds were comfortable and there was fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. The room was a little pricey for things that didn’t work.

Very clean hotel, check-in process was smooth and quick. Ladies at the front desk very professional and approachable. Quiet and we were not Disturbed at all during the night.

Everything was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Le service nettoyage était impeccable, le staff très accueillant. Le déjeuner était correct ainsi que le parking. J'y retournerai sûrement une prochaine fois.

The room was very nice and the hotel is close to airport. Gas station is in same parking lot.

To begin with the property charged my card twice( unresolved) issue . They said the system is down. The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room. The front desk staff they will tell you the system is down and o well.

Everything was nice as would be expected at a Holiday Inn Express.

On arrival, we discovered I had made a reservation at the other Holiday Express in Grand Rapids. The young woman at the desk kindly solved my reservation problem. In changing my reservation, I got the date wrong. She fixed that too. I am still gratefull
