Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was missing cups so the front desk manager found us some . Room was spacious and clean. Well stocked with rowels.

Near the airport

I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating except for the amenities (a management issue, not related to the excellent of the staff or facility). There was no automatic coffee maker in the room as well as no disposal cups for use in the bathroom. Visitors were required to obtain coffee or hot water from a dispenser in the lobby. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty - a fact I didn't realize until I using the shower! When I mentioned this later at the front desk, the attendant informed me that they had run out some time ago and were expecting a replacement supply any day. Under the circumstances, it would have been helpful if I had been informed of this fact when I checked in, and given a small bar of soap for the shower.

Everything was good

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options- even a pancake machine where you just push a button and it makes them for you! Lol. Pool area was very clean and nice as well. My only complaint is that there are two pools advertised in the Hotels.com description, an indoor and an outdoor pool with sun loungers, and there is no outdoor here.

Clean room, convenient location close to the airport, good breakfast, helpful staff.

Friendly, fast and warm. Made you feel important from the time we checked in to the time we checked out.

Three of our rooms had ants. The halls smelled aggressively of weed. The main desk was helpful and moved one of our rooms. They also decreased the hallway but it really just masked the scent. It would have been nice for some type of discount. We were a bit disappointed.

This property stated there was an outdoor pool, there is NO outdoor pool.

I stay here every month. Noticing corners in room not being adequately cleaned and cracks in grout. Great hotel and location. Please keep up the cleanliness and maintenance and don't let it go down hill like others in the area

Don't let the cleaners get slack. This is a great up to date hotel. Keep up with maintenence so it doesn't go down hill like some of the others near the airport. Great place to stay if you're flying

Very good value for the price. The bed was incredible for comfort.

El personal en el área de desayuno fue muy atento y amigable, pero el personal del front desk nada que ver fueron muy rudos. El área del Pool no habían toallas disponibles, ni papel en los baños, necesitan tener atención en esas áreas. La estadía 3 estrellas, pueden mejorar esas áreas.

This motel provided so many amenities that other motels now only provide on request. There were cups in the room and an ice bucket. The bathroom was set up to hold multiple products. There was plenty of space for luggage. Lots of outlets for electrical devices. Great pool.

Nice stay and I would definitely go back again

I would still stay here again as the complaints I have are minor and understandable... things break. However, it is worth considering if you hope to charge your phone or stream to the TV.

It’s also some of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel in years. Can’t put a finger on why. The hotel is clean, staff are great, and the breakfast is ok. However, I can’t recommend a hotel that advertises one thing and does not provide.
