It was fairly clean They overbooked rooms and downgraded our room with no reimbursement. The deadbolt on our room was not working and they had no other room to give us, so we had to pull the fridge in front of the door. We dis not sleep well.

We were not informed about needing a key card to turn on lights. TVS were already turned on so I entered room in pitch black and with tv on. Toilet height was for a munchkin. Elevator and room smelled like dope skunk. I had to request sheets/pillows

Smelt like weed, toilet was way way way too close to the vanity. You could barley squeeze your hand in to flush. Could hear people in hallways.

Was only greeted once during my stay. No name tags anywhere. Was not felt welcome in the least. An in room guide would have been helpful explaining how things worked in the room. And the servicess they didn't provide, like at least taking the trash out.Would have saved a lot of frustration on my part.

The staff was friendly upon arrival and departure. Our room, however, had a showerhead that dripped, and the drip landed on the metal drain and was loud, so it was annoying. We put a stack of towels on the drain to muffle the sound, and it worked out ok in the end. The carpet was also wet by the bathroom. Small problem, but it happens. The stay was overall good. The comfortable bed and little kitchen area were a plus.

Front desk staff and shuttle driver Mustafa were friendly. Room had a walk-in shower. Kitchen was a small counter space with old coffeemaker and garbage disposal that didn’t work; lights stayed on for a hard-wired duration; poor quality bed linens; housekeeping removed bar of soap from bathroom and dishcloth from kitchen and didn’t replace empty tissue box; airport shuttle was difficult to board and exit due to 3-4’ distance from floor to ground. At checkout, the hotel added $4.99 per day for cell phone use and $4.99 per day for Tablet use, even though booking site specified wi-fi in each room. I refused to pay the wi-fi charges.
