Clean Room with a good size kitchen, bathroom and bed

Room was clean Food and coffee were great Items to purchase were available Nice staff Cute fire pit

Hotel was full but still quiet and organized. Staff helpful and nice. Rooms adequate and clean. Beds very comfortable. Outside noises minimal. Close proximity to GRR airport.

The room looks clean but the carpet was moist and musty even before the rain started. It was raining outside within an hour of our check in, and water leaked close to the window and roof (we took videos), leaving us placing a cup to catch the water. But there was a great amount of leak that seeped through the carpet making it more wet and musty. My husband went down to inform reception but she didn’t seem concerned nor offered assistance so my husband just asked for more towels so we can catch the water hoping it will prevent the carpet from getting too wet. We accidentally left our son’s stuffed toy and called the next day, but of course reception again nothing was left in our room and refused to further look into it.

the breakfast was good. the location was great. very nice place. very friendly and helpful staff. there was nothing that I did not like. everything was fine.

Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one.

Only recommendation is having silverware in the room. Most suites with kitchenettes have them but they didn't here. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

This was the worst experience ever . I chose the “pay at property “ option . I booked this room for my daughter’s birthday sleepover . When we arrived to check in the staff let me know they cancelled our room due to being over booked and that they tried to call me however i didn’t receive a call at all. And said there was nothing they could do to accommodate us . I asked for the managers number and they gave it to me while also advising that the manager would be on Monday . Which is today so i called . The managers name was Rowan or something like that and when i called to speak with him i was POLITE , and explained what i was told when i tried to check in and expressed being upset and inconvenienced. He advised me then that the real reason they cancelled was because they tried to charge my card first thing in the morning BEFORE I EVEN ARRIVED , and that it declined and they tried to call me and i didn’t answer. Well for one i have NEVER heard of a hotel attempting to charge you before you arrive ; second , i put the money into that specific account right before arrival because OBVIOUSLY i chose the pay at property option . Everytime i tried to explain this he very rudely cut me off , he was sooo DISRESPECTFUL, showed ZERO EMPATHY , never once apologized just kept yelling “you had an invalid payment on file this is a new policy “ and i said my payment was NOT invalid you weren’t supposed to touch my payment until i got there, he said more nasty words and hung up in my face

It was clean and roomy. The coffee was good. The staff was very friendly

Wasn’t far from the events we were attending The bed was not comfortable, thats it everything else was great

Clean room staff was dope parking was simple conveniently located.
