Our room was never cleaned in a three night four day stay. Has no coffee, lotion, etc the last three days. Our window leaked on the floor during the rain storm. Very poor representation of a Marriott for a Bon Voy member

This is a property that I would like to stay at again however there is a real issue with the smell of cigarette smoke. From the minute we exited the elevator on the 2nd floor to entering our room (Room 212) the smell was present. Upon returning home - my clothes, my luggage, my bags all reek of smoke. Possibly a previous occupant was a smoker or it could be because people stand directly under the second floor, at the front of the building, right outside the front entrance - and smoke. That smoke is right where the AC system is. This was definitely unexpected. Upon asking about changing rooms we were told the hotel was full so there was no opportunity to check any other room out. The smoke smell has obviously been an issue for others because there are numerous letters posted in the elevator and hallways reminding occupants of the "No Smoking" designation.
