Front desk staff and shuttle driver Mustafa were friendly. Room had a walk-in shower. Kitchen was a small counter space with old coffeemaker and garbage disposal that didn’t work; lights stayed on for a hard-wired duration; poor quality bed linens; housekeeping removed bar of soap from bathroom and dishcloth from kitchen and didn’t replace empty tissue box; airport shuttle was difficult to board and exit due to 3-4’ distance from floor to ground. At checkout, the hotel added $4.99 per day for cell phone use and $4.99 per day for Tablet use, even though booking site specified wi-fi in each room. I refused to pay the wi-fi charges.

We arrived with a small kitten in tow. They were able to accommodate for a fee with a packed hotel and switched us to a 1 bedroom suite. The room was spacious and clean. We throughly enjoyed our brief stay.

Condition of the room was substandard. See attached images of the poor condition: 1. Evidence of water intrusion and likely mildew or mold. 2. Filthy broken dishwasher 3. Broken sofa 4. Stains on sofa 5. Mold or mildew bathroom 6. Seriously substandard accommodation!

Great property in a good area with nice amenities and breakfast was quite good.

The breakfast was perfect for us for a quick delicious coffee which was all we had time for. We chose the Marriott for the location since we had a flight out of GRR airport. This was perfect. The first two rooms we were given keys for our stay already had guests occupying those rooms‍♀️. The pull out sofa bed in my room we were finally were given, rolled out to the foot of the queen bed which made it difficult to use the restroom during the night. Luckily we only stayed one night.

Location was great on the water and everything was clean.

The room was very clean, room had a full fridge , dishwasher with soap and dishes with flat top stove. I was able to save money by not going out to eat. Breakfast was a hot breakfast pancakes, waffles bagels, eggs Sausage cereal and more. Room was spacious, I got a double queen and was able to have 6 people over for a card game comfortable. Staff was nice. Will stay here again.

Our room was never cleaned in a three night four day stay. Has no coffee, lotion, etc the last three days. Our window leaked on the floor during the rain storm. Very poor representation of a Marriott for a Bon Voy member

Clean and good location for what we were doing. Staff was very friendly. Pillows. They were terrible. No support but seems like almost all hotels are like that.
