Best Western Grants Inn

Staff was very helpful, giving us a ground floor room (I’m almost 79yo) & a 1-hr late check out so we could go to church w/ friends before leaving. Breakfast was ok, the OJ was best I remember having, the sausage links looked OLD but tasted ok; scrambled eggs looked good but tasted just ok. The shredded potato were tasteless. All the above were barely warm much less hot. The biscuits were xlnt but the butter was ice cold & didn’t spread at all. Still, there’s nowhere else decent to stay except Holiday Inn & they want another $80-ish to stay there. I’d stay at BW again.

Was a very quiet place

Decent hotel for the night. Bathroom could have used an update, but otherwise good. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again in the future if needed.

Pleasant stay

Rooms were really nice They are being remodeled. Wish hotels were required to say they are under renovation.

The phone in the room didn't work. The door rubbed the floor and you had to push on the door to get it to lock. The A/C took quite some time to cool the room.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful Front Desk. Laundry worked perfectly. Nice amenities in the room. Breakfast included.

Can't complain. Everything was good, clean, and working. Would stay again.

Excellent staff, very helpful, offered suggestions, easy parking, comfortable, clean room cool with good lighting. In the morning the gentleman at the desk provided me with fresh coffee and a few snacks for the road even though it was early (knowing I had a long trip ahead). Exceptional service! Nothing.

Needed in the building to get in my room to take my medication needing it right away and waited 45 minutes for a front desk clerk to show up, had to finally call the the non emergency police hotline number to come to find out what the problem was and why there was no night audit personnel and the lady finally showed up reaking of pot and a sorry excuse why she was gone so long. Horrible!!!!

Clean room and friendly helpful staff. Walking surface was a little uneven between rooms and lobbby.

Been staying at a lot of motels on this trip but this one was probably the best overall. Lots of attention to detail in the amenities; decent fridge, coffee maker, great shower door, etc. Staff was super friendly.

My only complaint was the tv didn’t work

The place is okay for an overnight stay on a pass through trip, but I’d choose something else if I had a choice. Everything was just so-so from the meh attitude of the staff greeting and check-in, to room cleanliness and quality.
