The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was close by to some great dining options along Route 66.

There were big parties in the parking lot for 2-3 days that went on past 10pm during the week . The front desk said all they can do is ask if the can quiet down. Not sure if they did or not because it didn’t help.

It was very clean and handicap accessible. Staff was very friendly very comfortable stay I wish there was carpet in the room . But didn’t mind the tile

Great location right off I-40. Clean and comfortable. Better breakfast options than most. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of counter space in bathroom! I didn't like that there wasn't a comfy chair other than the desk chair. The desk chair is on wheels and potentially dangerous. It slipped out from behind my mom when she was getting up, and she fell on the floor and couldn't get up. The lady at the front desk called the firefighters and they were able to get her up. Luckily she wasn't hurt! The same thing almost happened to me. Other than that no complaints.

I came to the area because we had a big hike planned early the next morning. I chose this hotel just for the breakfast and paid way more per night than other hotels in the area but it was supposed to have a big hearty breakfast so to me it was worth the extra money. When we got up to eat before we left, there was no hot breakfast aside from some gravy. It wasn't that I got there late and they ran out, they just didn't have any. I ate a packet of oatmeal and my daughter had cereal. When I talked to the front desk, they were not helpful and didn't offer anything to make up for it at all. Just shrugged and said he didn't know what happened. I'm not really one to write bad reviews but it wasn't a good experience at all.

Staff very friendly and helpful Not much near hotel other than easy access to interstate. Downtown is short drive to a few restaurants It was good stop for overnight stay

Breakfast included until 10 am. Got there 8am, they were already out. Asked them to give us money for breakfast elsewhere. They just said you have to talk to Expedia. Expedia does not talk to customers.

A bit noisy and breakfast was a disappointment. They were out of a lot of items.

Very good breakfast, Holiday Inn cinamon rolls are the best. Very quiet, easy access from the highway.
