Need to be better organized. Floors are dirty, rundown, one towel to use for 2. The pace needs a overhaul.

The guy at the front counter was very nice and when I told him I couldn't stay he acted like he heard it all the time. Choice Hotel and Booking.com should be ashamed to book this Hotel. I know I will NEVER use booking again if this is the type of Hotel they send their customers to. Also while trying to find another Hotel as I sat in the parking lot there were at least 2 stuff deals if not three. So not good. It was filthy dirty. The carpets were black with filth, the room was not clean, one of the pillows had yellow sweat marks on it, the headboards had dirty hands prints all over them. I travel with my own clorox wipes and I couldn't have used enough to feel clean in this bowl.

Wrong key for room actually a room two doors down. So dirty we didn’t want to put anything on floor. “Free” Breakfast? Only waffle machine, small yogurt and cereal.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was disgusting. I had to wipe the bathroom floor It was filthy. The window doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. There was mold in the shower.

There appeared to be drug deals going on in the parking lot. The entire place was dirty and smelled bad. The clerk seemed to be on drugs and he was in the parking lot smoking and (whatever) when we tried to get him to help. The entire place was dirty and unsafe and we had to leave. They didn't give me a room because they couldn't find the reservation even though it was on my phone if I was charged I want a full refund I will be checking my card statement promptly

The staff thay was nice and try to help to our face. The TV didn't work there was a drippy faucet in the bathroom was crazy they said it was a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived they are also for as lovely and clean as a establishment was they sure were picky and media about dirty seats and towels charged us way too much for stains out probably came out and cows don't cost or or AC cost $119 for when she one cow and supposedly two dirty washcloths would I stay there again probably around one more thing they advertise having a pool but their pools empty and dry they advertise a continental breakfast and they have breakfast I guess very limited to what they have and if they have it in stock

When leaving I asked staff if someone could move their car from behind my truck and trailer and got snotty and said that’s why we have parking down below for that and I told him nobody told me about that. Yes it was a cheap stay and if you don’t mind tweezers this is the place for you. I do NOT recommend.

The bed was good No control knob on the a/c. Couldn't control the temp.
