Location ok Room had lots of flies. Dogfood on the floor! Smelled like stale smoke. Fridge broken. My asthma triggered immediately. They didn't refund my money and in fact charged double what I was quoted.

Dirty and smelly

It was a last minute stay on a holiday weekend and thankful to get a room for the night but could have slept in the truck bed at a rest stop and been about as comfortable then saved $100. It appeared as if there were a handful of abandoned vehicles on the property. It was a really small room with signs of needing repair, with a severely uncomfortable bed, it was really hot and the ac barely worked. The Expedia listing said it had a tv and technically there was but reception said since I booked with Expedia, the tv isn’t connected to anything as if the cable box was missing. There was a party next door and they were up late so i didn’t sleep very well. Even with my low expectations, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Property is used to temporarily house homeless people. Not suitable for travelers - especially families. Stay away!

One of the most disappointing and poorly managed properties I have ever stayed at. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The rooms had a strong cigarette smell and unpleasant odour, and the overall cleanliness and management were far below acceptable standards. What made the experience even more disturbing was that I was initially given the keys to an occupied room. This was extremely concerning and completely unacceptable from a safety and privacy perspective. The property clearly needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, management, and basic guest service standards. Honestly, I would not give even a single star to this property if the rating system allowed it. My biggest mistake was not checking the online reviews before booking. Save yourself the trouble—check the reviews carefully before booking this property. I definitely will not be staying here again.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Drunks and crackheads, walking around openly smoking and drinking. Entire property was super filthy smelled like rotten meat coming from my neighbors apartment, which produced a swarm of flies, which infiltrated my room from under the door. The room smelled of stale smoke, which attached to all my clothes from being in there. Every surface was grimy. Everything was sticky smell like stale beer. Property maintenance was nonexistent. There were cracks in the sink floor walls. You could tell there are numerous holes patched over. shower sprayed in multiple directions. Worst hotel experience ever. Absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t stay at this place again if it was free, unfortunately when we arrived, it was two in the morning after a long day of travel. Finding other accommodations was challenging.

We didnt even check in before wanting to leave. We only booked it for the pool and the pool was closed. They do not let guests know about the pool being closed before checking in, so thankfully I asked before hand. They said that because I booked through bookings.com my stay was non refundable. Bookings.com customer service said they would give me a cancelation price of $51 and then hung up on me and charged the full amount. The front desk staff just seemed irritated that she had to end her smoke break right outside the door to help me. Instead of checking in we stayed at the super 8 near by and my boys had a blast at the pool:) The front desk staff was super friendly and glad to help.

Room wasn’t ready. Dirt on shower floor. New AC was LOUD- had to turn it off at night to sleep. Towels were clean but stained. Coffee part had remains from previous use still in pot so I couldn’t use it. Only stairs no elevator and I am almost 90. When advertising a motel on Expedia you should warn people of no elevator if there is a second floor you might end up on. I will say the facility worker was very nice and apologetic about not having finished installing new AC and reception staff also very pleasant. However I did not check in until 6 pm and renovations should have been finished much earlier since they had assigned that room to a guest.

Avoid this place at all cost. Property was very dirty. Room was missing remote for TV and refrigerator. Staff was no help correcting the situation . Doors wide open to rooms with live in drug addicts. My bad for picking the cheapest option on a road trip.

Swimming pool was out of order, no toilet paper in restroom, no phone in rooms, dirty everywhere, inside room and outside was not clean, had spiders everywhere, other room smelled bad, a lot of noise from other rooms and outside, basically just a rundown motel

The room was not clean and has a bad smell. The facilities of the building was not maintained.

Staff was nice Very dirty inside and out. The flooring in our room was caked in dog hair(we didn’t have a dog), there was trash/cigarette butts all over outside. The shower was absolutely terrible as it only sprayed on the wall so it was impossible to rinse the smaller kids off.

After the horrible experience I had the first time I did not even stay here for the return trip.
