The room was horrendous. There was black mold on the walls, it smelled and the ancient bed had metal springs. Would not recommend that anyone stay there.

The Super 8. The desk clerk at Travelodge swore the floors and walls were cleaned and mopped. Yet dry toilet paper was black from wiping the spots on the walls and the floors. Absolutely disgusting. If the room was free, I still would not have stayed.

Property was a transient flop pad. Should never have been offered by Expedia and Wyndham should be ashamed of putting TravelLodge name on it.

I hated the place it was a joke. So nasty everything was broke and there was mold all over the place and then they wouldn’t give me my money back even after the web site said there was no fee for cancellation don’t ever get a room through booking or from travelodge the pictures on their website or falsifying and not even the same place STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

Property definitely needed updated and cleaned up! This model is actually residential!!! Most rooms have people living in them, and they use the window A/C ledge outside for their ash trays, water bottles, trinkets, leftover food, etc. Many have dogs, barking dogs! Lots of arguments and pounding on doors! Never will I stay in a place like this again! And shame on Expedia for having it on your site, most likely with false reviews!

There was nothing good about this property. Upon arrival. The property was filthy walked into our room after check-in and the room was not even cleaned. There was feces on the toilet hair all over in the shower looked like someone had picked all their pimples all over the mirrors, something wet and gooey dripping off of the refrigerator. The Maid admitted not even to cleaning the room. They refused to give us a refund for even canceling all three nights which their policy clearly states only keeping the first nights stay. The manager got very hostile with me. Once I let him know how dirty the room was even though his staff let him know the rooms were filthy. He proceeded to use foul language in front of my grandchildren. He also lied and said he could not give me a refund because Expedia took the money which was not true. It was paid at the property so on top of being a disgusting Motel, the manager is also a liar and a thief.

Room provided was not as booked, and the property could/would not rectify the issue. When Expedia reached out to them about canceling the stay and getting us a refund (after not even staying in the room), the property would not answer or return any of their calls or emails. The room smelled like smoke, was filthy and did not have a microwave or fridge, despite what the booking claimed.

I checked in and went to the room, it was a complete mess! Garbage everywhere, beds were not made and I did not dare step inside to see the bathroom. I immediately shut the door and went back downstairs to check out. The lady was nice but didn’t offer anything in return. Also after I checked in, a guy sitting outside said that there were better hotels to stay at. I laughed and said I already paid, but I should’ve listened to him! I ended up going to another hotel.

Dirty, abandon cars in parking lot, broken staircase, wifi or tv didn't work. Left and went to another motel.

The bedding was dirty there was no heat and almost no plug ins. The customer service was fine but the fault mainly lies with Expedia for not being transparetn

I called to see if it was okay to check in later at night, and was told to call on arrival. It took four calls before someone picked up, and then he was very unfriendly. The room we were given was not turned over and was filthy, with trash and food all over. I called and the person at the front desk acted irritated that we needed a new room and did not apologize. The room we were then given smelled like cigarette smoke. It was a terrible stay and I would never return to this location or any other. The entire place was unclean and felt unsafe. We only stayed because it was late and we had no choice.

The first room I was given was filthy when I turned the water on orange came out rust had to let the water run a long time to get Clearwater. I needed a couple of towels and I forgot to get them while housekeeping was there during the day, so I went to the office and was given two hand towels, and the staff insisted that they were

I requested smoke-free and was told all the property was smoke-free. Then when I got the keys and got into the room the stench was intense. Definitely smoking took place and the room and bedding was impregnated with smoke. I also found bugs in the bedding and the floor. The room also smelled musty. I took video and photos of room.
