I really loved this property. The rooms have been remodeled and maintained beautifully. The staff was lovely, very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was good, and I was surprised at how happy I was, after a two trip that included 8 hotels, to eat on ceramic plates with real silverware. The only downside for me was that the bed was hard, and actually had a bit of a sag on one side. My mother-in-law was with us, though, and her bed was great.

There are water structures that are beautiful, fountains and small rivers that really calmed us down after a long weekend river rafting/ camping. Thank you for the great service.

I had the two bedroom suite and it was a great selection for a family of 5. There was plenty of room for all of our luggage including a kitchenette for our food with an air fryer. The suite also had two bathrooms which made getting dressed a breeze. The pool was close by and our suite was located directly across from the lobby. The staff was easy to talk to and they offer you a discount coupon to anyone of the other properties along your vacation route. I thought the breakfast was well done and it was nice because it was in a building on its own. The only thing I wish they would have done is added waffles to their breakfast buffet.

We just discovered this hotel a month ago and have stayed here twice since. It is clean, The rooms are spacious. It has a pool with a hot tub, which was a nice surprise and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We travel to Grants Pass a couple times a month and have for the past six years and which we had found this place sooner

Absolutely beautiful place!

There was nothing I Did not like. Great setting, Clean and nice people. I’m going again if I can. I’ll tell all my friends how beautiful it is.

Only real complaint is that the floors in the rooms were very dirty, leaving black sooty feet on everyone in my family. Outdoor pool was also not the most well-kept. For $300+ a night, I would have expected cleanliness to not be an issue.

The room was clean and well appointed plus the staff was very friendly and informative. The beds were comfortable and a welcome relief after a long day. I highly recommend this establishment for travel stays.

Beds were a little stiff. not enough space between desk and bed. dim light in bathroom. door opened under stairway. The outside was awesome, but that's not where I stayed. no instructions on TV use. chair at the desk had cushion that sank so my thighs were hanging over the frame. close to Grants Pass high school so we could walk to the graduation ceremony. fridge rocked back and forth.

An older hotel that is clean with helpful staff. I felt safe however there is a large homeless camp within walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet and would return.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, bedding moderate, some areas a little run down. However I absolutely loved all the beautiful trees!

Clean room, jacuzzi was clean. Very nice stay
