The location was also great - close to transportation route yet quiet. Can't say I disliked anything.

The room was decent and the guy at the desk was very friendly. The area was kind of sketchy so we didn't feel very safe. Parking wasn't that great either. However, the room was okay for what we needed.

Quick and easy check in, friendly staff, clean room, convenient location

Beds Needed updated. Lots of stains on the sheets. Also rented the family room and the couch bed had no mattress or bedding. That was a huge down fall. If we didn't have blankets and pillows we wouldn't beable to use it. Also we had 5 people only 3 towels again should've made sure we had enough towels for all 5 guests.

Over all nice place, but we just slept there one night in late and out early.

Friendly staff Paper thin walls, very noisy between midnight and 4am

Price was good, location not bad, had AC Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was alot of nasty stains on the sheets. Had to sleep on top of blanket.

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. and the staff was friendly. More than sufficient parking. My only negative comment is that the toilet was too low to the ground. I just had knee surgery, and it made it rather difficult to use the toilet.

Easy to find, good location. A/C worked ok. Kind of dreary and outdated. 3 shampoos, no bar or liquid soap. Dingy. Broken drawer in the desk/dresser. Not very many channels on the TV. Couldn't even drink the coffee in room - 1 cup at a time and very strong - no nice creamers, just the standard packet of sugar, creamer, stir stick. Beds were standard - ok but not very comfortable - felt like I would fall off the edge if I got too close to it. Only one main light right by the TV so it shines in your eyes while trying to watch TV. One table lamp, 2 bathroom lights. Hinges in bathroom door were all rusty. Had to push our door open with our shoulder to open it (sticks). Red chair had stains on the seat.

The location was OK, although there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity to go to for Breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean except that the hardwood floor made the bottom of my feet look dirty! The room did have a fridge and microwave which was convenient. The AC worked well. The Coffee seemed like it was about 10 years old and stale. My sister said the hair dryer didn't work. The shampoo packets were dessicated and dry so no luck there. The walls are paper thin so we got to listen to the guy next door's conversation as if he was in the room with us (luckily it quieted down by 9:00 or so). The bathroom light stopped working after flickering for awhile. Other than those beefs it was acceptable. I think if they freshened up the accoutrements a little (fresh coffee, good soap/shampoo) it would have upped my rating!

The location and ease of checking in The first room they gave us was already being used when we walked into the room. They upgraded us at no extra charge and it was a very nice room. The mattress wasn’t my favorite but it could also be because I was over exhausted.

Nothing There was mold all over the beds. Went to ask for a refund and the guy working didn’t even bat an eye when I told him and showed him the photo of the mold. He knew it was there. Also smelled like mold or something was growing inside

Old, worn, dirty furniture. Clean towels only plus of room, woke up with puffy eyes likely pet dander in room.

Staff was nice and professional. But TV in room didn't work, no coffee pot, tub was dirty, lamp didn't work and dirty with hair. Just a poorly kept room in general.

They are not provide the soda and shampoo

The price was a good value. I did not suffer. Run down a bit. The doors are not sealed properly. At night, you can see light under the doors, etc.. When I pulled the top sheet back, there was either a pubic or I’m hoping a mustache hair on the bottom sheet-Under the pillow.

Room was disgusting and I left shortly after check in. I went to the office to ask for a refund and no one was there, so I left. I emailed explaining why I left and they refused my refund, so now I'm filling for a dispute to get my refund. Don't stay here its gross, I found a dead flea on a pillow and I left amongst other very dirty findings.

The staff were so amazing.
