I was not satisfied with the room and the front desk person was rude and not explaining the rules and not telling us we can't have viist so we left and he keeps our money there .i I didn't like nothing at all they were rude

Nothing Our reservation was cancelled the day we were to arrive with no phone call to me to inform us. Apparently, someone left our room door open and the room got trashed. We were never given an exact explanation. The facility smelled like urine and had bugs. Poorly managed, dirty, and disgusting. Reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Will never stay here and will let everyone else know this.

Got to the hotel and they tell me that they have no room because there is no door on the room because the police kicked it two days ago There was no more rooms in town and everything else cost to much Ended up sleeping in car selling tickets and driving home Had I known that our reservation was no good we would not have driven all that way

I didn’t take a breakfast

Room was clean. Parking is tight made for passenger cars. Door key pad to go down the stairs is broke so you have to take the other stairs down. Room had a very strong chemical smell to it. People yelling and knocking on doors at 12-2am. Dogs barking in the room next to me non stop. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know personally I will not be returning.

Location for our activities on campus. Leaving this motel. Walking downtown Greeley was fun. The murals in town are fantastic. The campus is beautiful. They advertised a free breakfast. Don't count on it. Front desk is like a fortress. They threaten to charge for lost or non-returned keys but aren't available for checkout at 7:30 AM and don't tell you in advance you can just leave the key card in the room. The front desk didn't unlock until after 7:45 AM. The bathroom had a wet towel and only one towel at check-in. No soap. We used the small packets of shampoo to bathe with in the morning. TV didn't work with minimal cable. Remote had no back. A maintenance man fixed the TV. Not the cleanest place. The fire alarm didn't have a battery in it! The place has many long-term residents. From the room I could see a man getting food out of the dumpster. Paint runs in the toilet, broken plaster, damaged furniture. I think you get the point. Obviously, Booking.com doesn't check out the places they list. Don't believe the photos listed. The young man at the front desk was polite. I found I can do just as well booking rooms as I go and the price was better or the same.

They had long term guests there smelled like everyone was cooking dinner at the same time ..

The sercuity system and that they had a crew No breakfast like it said. There was a lot of things that it said it had and it didn’t. Couldn’t accommodate for the elderly when asked before arriving

Very good place to stay at. Clean and friendly.

The only thing that didn't disappoint me was the housekeeping. They tried to rip me off.

Bad place

this was a two week stay for work. On the third night there was a big shootout. At least 12 bullets hit the door next to ours. We had to leave rooms for the entire day while police investigated the crime scene. Days later we came back from work after midnight and our room keys didn’t work. There was nobody at the desk. Nobody answered the phone and we simply had a sleep in our truck until the office open the next day.. the office was not apologetic. We decided to blame it on us somehow like we did something wrong with the key.s. I asked for a refund on the one night and they basically told me to kick sand.. I asked to resolve the situation with the owner, and I never received a call back and basically was told that the owner doesn’t care about reviews. Stay far away..

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel itself was very run down, rooms were musty smelling, paint peeling, tub peeling, bed were a doule maybe a full size definitely not queen. There were a bunch of the rooms that had people living there, that were very sketchy. I didnt feel the safest, went straight from the car to the locked room with my kids. We left early, I didn't even try for a refund, get what you pay for I guess, it was decently priced.

The room was clean Customer service was at its lowest , office to check in was about 200 degrees and they were taking there sweet time .we sweated about a bucket in the little while we were in there

Clientele noisy into the wee hours of morning, grilling food on balcony of 2nd story.

They had had issues with reservation and rooms. Had no record on there computer. Parties going on and drinking. No attendant when leaving to check out. Would not recommend at all.
