The man who checked us in was not very friendly. I really felt like I was putting him out!!

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was good. The overall presentation of the hotel was also good.

Door to suite does not close. When you have small kids you want one room quite.

Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Clean, but bed not so comfortable .

Pool was falsely advertised or misleading that it was open. It has been shut down since Dec. 2025. The first photo that appears on the web site shows an inviting pool and it was VERY disappointing that we could not use it! Also, our T.V. control did not work and I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement. Waited 10 minutes there, nobody around, and finally had to leave for an appointment. Probably will not stay there again, unless things improve.

Primero deberían de indicar en la app cuando la piscina está fuera de servicio , segunda cosa es que para que indican que dan cunas para bebé si lo que brindan es algo usado y sucio mal mal muy sucio y orinado adjunto evidencia

Great hotel! Good food nearby. Quick access to freeway

Breakfast was hot and good. The pool was closed which the kids were disappointed and had to find another place to swim.

We stayed three nights and it was very nice.

Also - just odd - the pool is still under construction. It was under construction when we stayed there 3 years ago.

Cons: I booked it mainly for the pool so I could take my child swimming. It was closed.

Used to be our go to place in Green Bay. Never again. Room never cleaned in 4 days. The one time they came in it was just to pick up the towels. My daughter’s room sprung a leak in the ceiling with water going everywhere. No apology, no partial refund, nothing. Breakfast was horrible in so many ways. Best to stay away.

Could not find anything wrong with the property, pool was closed so no kids and that was ok!

Clean room

The room was well cleaned and maintained and the cleaning staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. But the beautiful pool that they show and hot tub as their main attraction on their pictures is closed due to health issues. This isn’t a recent closure. It’s been closed since December. But they don’t have it on the website. Also, I think this reflects very poor on Expedia for not keeping up-to-date on the hotels as well. None of the pool, hot tub kids area. None of it was open all it has been closed for over six months. Extremely disappointing for our family.

It was ok for the most part not good not bad

Very nice room and quiet. No noise from other guests. That help when going to hospital for a procedure. Thank you

We didn’t need anything more than the bed and shower. We arrived late and left early. This hotel met our needs.
