Could not find anything wrong with the property, pool was closed so no kids and that was ok!

Clean room

The room was well cleaned and maintained and the cleaning staff were helpful and friendly.

Huge and really comfortable room, great breakfast easy to find and good parking. Safe area just 10 minutes from downtown. Very little atmosphere but hey, that's a bit picky. The hotel was fine and there's a great pub plus a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. But the beautiful pool that they show and hot tub as their main attraction on their pictures is closed due to health issues. This isn’t a recent closure. It’s been closed since December. But they don’t have it on the website. Also, I think this reflects very poor on Expedia for not keeping up-to-date on the hotels as well. None of the pool, hot tub kids area. None of it was open all it has been closed for over six months. Extremely disappointing for our family.

Very nice room and quiet. No noise from other guests. That help when going to hospital for a procedure. Thank you

We didn’t need anything more than the bed and shower. We arrived late and left early. This hotel met our needs.

The location was great for where we needed to be. There are a few restaurants nearby but not much retail. We had 3 rooms with one of them being a "premium suite." We had 2 issues with the room which management has been quick to rectify foot the future. The pool is being renovated and while we were hopeful that it would have been completed

Good enough.

The check in procedure is efficient but not welcoming. Smiles and warmth shouldn’t need to be taught. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast staff was very cordial and hard working.

Also, had I known the pool wasn't available due to renovations (since December 15, 2025? and didn't look like any work had even begun), I would not have stayed for 4 days. Breakfast food was basic (artificial scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy) every day. Only ate there one of the 3 mornings. Like the suite rooms as you can close the door to the sleeping area and keep out noise (including a chirping smoke alarm).

That they always had coffee and tea and hot chocolate available, and the staff are very helpful Sad that the pool wasn’t open but the workout center was which was a great thing. Even on vacation to still try to get a workout.

It had a nice outdoor courtyard The room seemed dirty. There was water on the floor of the bathroom when I checked in and the bedding looked dirty and old

Didn’t try their breakfast, too sleepy to get up early. Nothing

Breakfast was decent. Clean rooms and clean lobby. Pool not working - would have been nice to have received discounted price. I did not see email sent a couple of days prior re pool not working. Beds were not as comfortable as I am used to with this price of hotel.

Pool was closed.and we were not informed about that. That was 1 reason for staying there

Everything seemed great the pool area was shut down for renovation, it be nice to know that before booking.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always good.

The pool was closed both days we were there. It would have been nice to know that in advance since swimming was part of the plan during our stay. Had I known I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise it was a great stay!
