Clean great service and on point

We always stay here when we go to Green Bay. Kind of centrally located for us.

It was clean and easy to park

The building is old, have issues with drain in the shower and pull out sofa bed. But rest is excellent, very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Will stay here again.

Comfortable bed. The breakfast was disappointing and it was why we booked that hotel. We have had good experiences with other Country Inns. We would have preferred one bed and having a sofa as we have at other Country Inns.

How your company can post some of these hotels with out checking them first. Stayed at a hotel with the pool and hot tub been out of order since December. You really should let people back out of the stay when a hotel is not up too standards. We checked out a day earlier loosing one night stay.

It was quiet. It was clean. Our room was very humid. Everything felt damp from the bedding, the floor, our clothes. Not sure if this is because there is no fan in the bathroom but you could feel and smell the dampness as soon as you opened the door. It was gross. I did not like the rubber sheet around the mattress. It made a lot of noise and puffed up as you laid or sat on it.

The room was very spacious. Toilet backed up on the last morning and when I told the staff they looked at me like I didn't know what I was saying

Very updated and clean. Rooms are big with up to date technology. Staff very helpfull.

Pool was closed for renovations. Should’ve been noted when making reservations Front desk was unattended for check in with a sign saying they were helping other customers, which would be fine except he actually was in the restroom with a heavy odor of pot following him when he returned to the front desk (after waiting 20 mins). Then he proceeded to be rude with check in

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was good. The overall presentation of the hotel was also good.

Door to suite does not close. When you have small kids you want one room quite.
