Great staff every one was nice

Stayed here Friday to Saturday. Bed was 9/10! However the bathroom and shower very visually dirty. There was a pink/brown ring around the shower and toilet seat had stains. Tried calling the front desk to ask what time the pool was open till but no body answered the phone. I tried 2x. Overall decent.

Easy parking , nice outside bar area

The girl checking people in was rude and dismissive to me. I got there at 2:15 and asked for possible early check-in as requested when I made the reservation. She never asked me my name or even looked. She just said there was nothing available and for me to sit and wait in the lobby until 3:00. (Shift change) I then watched her check-in 10 more people before I got up and went over and asked her what was going on. She said she didn’t know whose rooms were ready and whose weren’t and I said to her you never even asked me my name or my reservation. You just told me I had to wait. Then she just ignored me. She begrudgingly checked me in but the entire time she was on the phone, ignoring me and then just pushed my room keys to me without a word. I asked to see a manager, but again she just ignored me. I also reached out to the hotel through an email which gives you an automated response that they’ll get back to you soon and I’ve never heard anything back yet.

GREAT place to stay!!! Close to everything and the staff made our visit so enjoyable!!!!

The stay was great nice clean rooms, the animates were so nice for the kids entertaining.(pool) . One thing No on-site laundry room,

Mold in the shower, bugs crawling on the floor, pretty gross hotel room.

I wasn’t thrilled to stay at a casino hotel but the hotel was clean, smokeless and great food. Thanks!

It's a nice facility for an event. Staff were accommodating. Several amenities are available.

Night desk person never made eye contact ignore us while we waited to check in. Informed him some spit on elevator door inside . Dried and still they in the morning. Hotel was beautiful though

Airport shuttle doesn't run until after 7 am, that would have been nice to know. Great staff and the pool was perfect.
