Oneida Casino Hotel

Opted for the “premium” room and it was anything but. Hair all over the floor, shredded floor towel for the bath, dead bugs, AC barely worked, hallway smelled super musty and elevator was trashed. It was as fine for a quick one night stay but definitely don’t think it’s a premium vacation spot.

Excellent stay with clean rooms and friendly staff

Having the casino was the main reason I chose the property. Bed was nice and firm. It was quiet for sleeping. Fridge in room and microwave for use by ice machine. AC was out in many parts of building. Ours in the room said call for service on the screen. No maid service, unless you ask. We had to empty our trash daily ourselves. Restaurants were pricey.

Carpets in the hall way leading to the room needed vacuuming

Comfortable beds and amazing shower! The front desk staff could use a lesson in customer service. They did not smile. They did not try to fix my problem. They simply said I don’t know to one question and no to the other question on different occasions with different staff members. There was no initiative to try to help me out. The only friendly staff or the restaurant workers. I’m not sure I would come back unless there was another chest tournament on site.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. The location was good as we went to concert at Resch Center.

Room was well maintained.

It was convenient to airport. Had nice restaurants with good food.

Room and location were good I asked for free breakfast location since it says on your website that breakfast is included they sent me to a 25$ breakfast buffet. I definitely would not have eaten there 3 times if I knew I was being charged full price.

ROOM WE STAYEDIN WAS TERRIBLE,NO. 2327. ROOM HAD NO HOT WATERFOR TWO DAYS,NO TOWEL RACKSIN BATH AND SHOWER. HAD TO PUT MY ROBEON TOWLET SEAT ALONG WITH MY TOWELS. HAD NO DRESSER TO PUT CLOTHES. WE LIVED OUT OF OUR SUITCASE. TOWELS WERE UNDER BATH ROOM SINK NEXT TO TOILT PAPER. BATHROOM TOILLET PAPER HOLDER WAS BROKEN AND ON FLOOR WHEN WE CHECKED IN, I FIXEED MYSELF. CLOSET DOOR WAS BROKEN AND ALMOST FELL WHEN I OPENED. AND WE NEVER HAD OUR ROOM CLEANED UNTIL THE LAST DAY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DIDNT GET MUCH ASSISTANCE FROM ANTONE, THEY JUST LISTENED. REQUEST FULL PAYMENT REFUND FOR OUR STAY. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. THANK YOU.
