Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy, but decent. Our main issue was with the carpeted floors and the humid/musty odor in our room. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned well. Definitely needed a deep cleaning. In addition, the room had a damp feel with a musty odor. We had to open the windows for some hours which reduced it a bit. Overall not bad for the price, 3 out of 5 stars. However, the carpets need to be cleaned better and something needs to be done about the damp rooms.

This was a very quiet location. We were close to lots of places to eat. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good!

When I returned at 10 pm It was still wet, when I asked if it had been looked at the comment was, "It's a Holiday Weekend" there was a repair ticket made. On Saturday morning went to take a shower. There was no Bath Towels, 4 hand towels, 2 wash clothes but no Bath Towels. When I went to the front desk to request 2 towels, the Red-Haired clerk was annoyed with me, when I mentioned the Air Conditioner she could have cared less about the issue. The room is next to the Linen/ Housekeeping Room. So at 6am all you hear is door banging, people coming and going with their carts. Not a good experience at all.

Hotel J worked for us as a last minute stay on a budget. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and free breakfast.

We had the Jungle suite and it was real convenient as far as getting to it and the room seemed very clean and prepared.

Overall, the room was fine and affordable. It had a weird smell like mildew or something. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet so I was scared to not wear shoes the rest of the time. My room - The Rainforest Room, had a jetted tub but because the ground was a little nasty and the smell was a little off I was also scared to use that because I assumed it’s probably not being cleaned regularly. I think they need to improve their cleaning processes here. Bed was very comfy!

We've stayed at The J almost every time we have come to the area over the last number of years. It's always clean, quiet and friendly staff. Amble parking nice breakfast and they keep it stocked and appetizing. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The pool and the hot tub are not very big in this hotel! We booked through Expedia and my charge card got charged 179.00 and when I signed in at the desk my bill was only 148.00! Not sure how I am supposed to dispute the 31 dollar difference?!

We stayed in the Jungle room and it was SO COOL! We arrived with a bed that the top frame looked bent from someone hanging on it so that's why I deducted a star but otherwise it was very relaxing and big!

Very clean facility. Noise level at night was little too high.

Loved the view, and the staff were very accommodating with good energy. The only bad thing I can say is my room smelled a little funky. Not bad enough to change rooms but I would've liked it to smell more better.

Everything was pleasant about the stay. Friendly attentive staff. Very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast variety of items, hot and cold. Nicely furnished and comodious room with larger than small refrigerator, a microwave, hairdryer and wide screen TV. Great value for the rate. Facility has a n attractive lobbybsearing area, an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a nice vending machine area, large breakfast room, and patio seating outside of dining room. The entire grounds including the parking lot are well-maintained and nicely lit at night. Highly recommend booking here..

Hotel was very loud at night

Excellent place to stay for the weekend. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Price was reasonable as we attended the Oneida Powwow.

Breakfast was good. Overall look of everything was very good. Floor wasn't very clean.

Very open and accommodating. Clean comfortable pool water. Great friendly staff. Great breakfast Didn’t find anything I didn’t like. No negetive reviews here
