Hotel J Green Bay

Loved the location and the room we stayed in. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and present throughout the stay. Will definitely stay again,

Room is huge but the bathroom and sink are small. They should have used space in bedroom for bigger bathroom and sink.

Was there for one night. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. The room was clean, but it was obvious the prior person who was there had smoked. The bathroom was clean, but it had a weird industrial cleaner smell also. The AC worked. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV worked. The included breakfast was actually pretty good, as far as hotel included breakfasts go. Location was relatively close to Lambeau. Though my room was a bit dated looking, it was clean and functional which is what mattered in the end. Overall, I would go back to this place when I come back for a visit after a game.

Great hot tub.

No breakfast, was told the breakfast people never showed up. Having breakfast included in the stay was one of the reasons we booked here...

The room was very clean and the hotel was nice and quiet. Pool was a comfortable temperature even though I thought it could have been a little bit warmer. But the hot tub was super nice as well

Apparently, housekeeping does not clean rooms anymore!! We stayed 13 days and not once did anyone come in to take out our garbage or change towels! We were given a note that said 7+ night stays get cleaning one time a week. We asked the desk and they set us up for a scheduled day, but they never showed up!! The note also said to dispose of garbage in the laundry room! What are we paying for? Nothing! We found a bin for our dirty towels and had to grab some clean towels from the housekeeping cart in the hallway! We will never stay there again.

Breakfast could use some health foods. How about bananas, yogurt, granola, real eggs, whole grain toast, etc.

People slamming the back door

The hotel was clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The desk staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are not sound proof. You could everyone's conversation in the hallway. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. The breakfast worker was rude and cranky. Smiled and said good morning and she looked at me and didn't respond.

This is an older motel that is fairly close to Lambeau field. It has a daily breakfast. The room was clean, and we felt safe at the location.

We stayed overnight in a themed room. I brought energy drinks with me because I like to drink them in the morning when I'm on vacation. We were staying for a night. The refrigerator in our room was not working. I told the man tending the front desk. He responded in a passive aggressive manner that he would have maintenance attend to it right away in the morning, knowing good and well that we would be gone in the morning. Before I went to the front desk, I attempted to use the ice machine. I could have left a can in ice instead of using the fridge. The ice machine was broken. The front desk attendant said that that was a known issue and I needed to walk up the stairs and use the upstairs ice machine. If I was the attendant, i would have gotten a fridge from a room that wasn't being used and switched it with the one in our themed room that we were paying much more for. The fridges were tiny and not very heavy. It would have been great to have a cold energy drink and some cold water to drink in the morning after a fun night out in Green Bay. We won't be staying here again. Wouldn't want to inconvenience anyone working there again.
