Clean, quiet, spacious room close to many restaurants. Was the perfect place to stay before our Lambeau Field tour the following day.

We had the misfortune of staying in this filthy, horribly run place for five nights (visiting family.) Upon our arrival, we learned that all other hotel rooms in town were booked up, due to a massive, 2 night C&W concert set at Lambeau - this fact, as well as having to “pre-pay” just to get a room that weekend meant that “going to another hotel” was not an option. We were ignored by housekeeping for all five days of our stay, even after speaking to the front desk about it each day. We actually spoke to housekeeping on days 2 & 4 of our stay as they were cleaning OTHER rooms on our floor (apparently, we were not on their print out of “rooms to clean” so even after we explained the situation (TWICE,) they neglected to clean the room during our entire stay. For the life of me, I don’t understand why they willfully neglected to clean the room or at least give us fresh towels. I could go on - as each day brought another bizzare story of housekeeping laziness and/or of lying front desk attendants (the men at the desk lied to us repeatedly, at least the woman, who worked at night, TRIED to do the right thing and got us fresh towels (on night #3.) I have plenty of photos of the black mold in the bathroom sink, the peeling paint on the doors, the mind-numbing “booger wiped on the wall” display in the main room (and everything else “ick”) but PLEASE!!! just trust me when I say - DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD.

The breakfast was great!!!

Breakfast wasn't included, pool was closed, happy hour was buy one get one get one half price. The shower was clean but you had to be 6'5" to adjust it and really low pressure, bed sheets were clean, the carpet made my socks dirty, closet doors didn't latch, and I didn't sit in the stained side chair.

The location was good. Room wasn't ready until 4:30 pm though they knew we were waiting. Did not get the suite we booked but instead were put into a handicap accessible room which is bigger. Hot tub was not working. Cleaning staff only put fresh towels in room but did not clean room. They did leave a vape in bathroom which is interesting because this is a non-smoking hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and paid $800 due to a concert in town. Definitely overpriced and would like some compensation back. Hotel is not responsive to booking.com in regards to our stay.

The hotel rooms need to be refreshed. The room was also a little dirty and appears that the wear and tear is taking its toll on the room. Staff there was very friendly and accommodating. I’d probably stay elsewhere if you have the opportunity.

Few fruits or variety of cereal s. Pimarily waffles and sugary syrup substitutes.

bathroom supplies very limited 2 towels for 3 guest , no housekeeping person to bring additional towel when requested , I have to go down the reception area to get it . There are minimal personal front desk not available nSunday morning to check out., I will not stay there again , breakfast not included when it is supposed to be anyway breakfast was nothing moo brag about.

Staff was great, and the location Breakfast was not very good, they didn't really have much variety and the food was under cooked and made my husband a bit sick to his stomach. (Hash Browns were greasy and raw not even crispy or cooked through. Wasn't Enough food for everyone there. Last the waffles took forever to cook, and had to ask for syrup and were given sugar free without even a choice.) No fresh fruit, Danish, donuts, etc. Just wasn't very good. Pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't working should have been posted when booked or notified through email prior to stay. Room was good till we saw the bathroom. (338) Looked as if there was a permanent puk stain in the bathtub, could see the ingredients of the permanent splatter display, grand daughter was so freaked out she wouldn't take a shower or a bath. Frankly I didn't want to either, if we were staying more than the one night, I would have asked for another room . Really shouldn't rent a room with the bathroom like that especially for over $200 really think you owe me some money back and I won't stay again because of that.

Parking is well lit and usually many spaces open.
