Delta Hotels by Marriott Green Bay

The hotel was clean. They staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again

They gave away my prepaid room before I had arrived. They offered to find me another hotel to stay in for the night. What a terrible inconvenience. Giving away a prepaid room is just wrong.

Staff seemed to take offense due to me booking through Expedia. Gave us a second floor room in the back with no elevator. Room had a weird odor to it

The overall stay is fine. However travelers need to be aware that there is a parking fee now for "parking lot maintenance charge"( hidden fee) of $6.26 per day they don't tell you about when you check in. They never use to charge for parking and have recently begun doing this. Expedia says free parking. Its not.

The light next to the bed was burned out and the bulb needs to be changed. The conditioner bottle was empty, I told the housekeeper, she took it, but did. It refill it and place it back in the shower.

There were some things I really liked and others that made it a less than desirable stay. The room was clean and the bedding was nice. However the mattress on both beds was very firm. I understand hotels want their mattresses to last, but these were just too hard. The other feature that made it a difficult stay was the air conditioning. The temperatures were in the mid 90’s and we couldn’t get the room cool enough. Also, the air conditioning was very loud & made it difficult to sleep. On a positive note it had a very nice bathroom with the feel of a high end resort.

The staff and people were amazing helping us out on where the AC is at to turn it off and not be too cold in the room great hotel

Great hotel, it just wasn't good for my mother, who is on oxygen. The elevator isn't accessible to all rooms, so I switched rooms with her so she could be by an elevator

Hotel was clean, my son enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Only downside was parking isn't free and I was never told- just saw we were charged a couple days later from the incidental hold that is placed at check in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well cleaned when I arrived! The only thing would've been was having the microwave. Otherwise the facility was awesome! I didn't have to walk very far to get ice!

Just a one night stay for us passing through to go to Bay Beach amusement park. Very worn hotel, but clean enough room. Weird refrigerator, set on a 2 hour timer/freezer? The thing that ticked me off was the giant birthday party going on at the pool. I chose this hotel for the fun slide and pool for my 8 year old daughter to use, but it was overrun with kids climbing up and down the giant slide and a ton of people only from this party. Kids AND adults were eating pizza in the pool and hot tub, and I'm assuming staff was fine with it since someone that worked there was hanging out in the pool area giving a kid pizza in the pool!?! So weird and disappointing since we didn't get to use that pool at all. We won't stay here again next time.

I paid for 2 Queen. Arrived at 3pm, they told me the only room they had ready was 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. I told them my husband has bad knees and we need elevator access. They put us in a double overlooking the pool with at least 120 kids screaming until 10pm. The mattress was as hard as a piece of plywood with a stained pillow top blanket. You pay for the slide when you book here and that’s about all you can expect for the money

Very nice hotel. However we probably won’t come back for two reasons: no microwave in the room and no free breakfast. There are less expensive hotels in the area which are also nice and offer both.
