Clean room very friendly staff. Last minute reservation

The hotel is a little old and run down, it needs a complete renovation.

Air conditioner did not work. But the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was nice. The breakfast was excellent. The only problem was that the shower handle came off, I responded to their initial text, but it wasn't taken care of during our stay and it kept falling off.

Staff offered help filling my cooler from their ice machine.

The front desk person was very rude and on his personal phone with someone both times I dealt with him. The second we walked into our room it smelt like pure marijuana

Upon checkout, there was a seperate Charge from Baymount for 61$. I showed this to the front desk person and he stated "that is not us, we did not charge you 61$." It says Baymount Inn, the same exact name as the other charges for the rooms and 100$ deposit. We went through the bank statements and showed him. He kept denying saying that wasnt him. Which made it suspicious, because why did he go from, "Its not from us, its not Baymount" to "its not me". Really wierd. He was unable to explain what the charge was for. I had to report for fraud to my bank, and they ended up disputing the charge for me. The investigating officer told me that she was unable to get a reason from Baymount as to why they authorized the 61$. Safe to say I wont be back again!

Breakfast was great on Saturday when I went on sunday no plates no syrup for the waffles otherwise everything went great

Everything was out in the breakfast buffet. There was no one around to refill anything. Even the coffee was empty. Room was not a suite, even though they call it a suite. No swimming pool. No hot tub. Not even a workout room. If you want to stay here to sleep, that's all it's good for!!!

For the price, we didn't a 5 star motel, but we did expect it to be clean.

When I checked in I paid for my dog to stay with us in the room. The next morning I was taking my dog out to do his business when the manager asks what room I was in. I told him and he said “That’s not a pet room!”. I replied that I paid for him to stay there and that’s the room I was given. His only interaction with me should have been to ask what room I was in. The room I was given was not my problem. It was his. I did not have to be made to feel like I was doing something wrong. I locked my dog in the car and came back in to get my stuff and he was still ranting to his staff about me having a dog in the room. The room also smelled of cigarettes. As a non smoker the smell of cigarettes will make me gag. Never again will I stay at a Baymont.

Good location with lots of restaurants only thing is I wish it had an elevator.

Extreme cooking smells on second floor, different each night, overwhelming bad

The room was clean and the receptionist at check in was very nice. The air conditioner unit in the room had an extremely squeaky fan that was very loud and high pitched which made sleeping thru the night near impossible. When i asked the night front desk he was very dismissive (and i completely understand and was not expecting the maintenance guy to come in at 2am) and didnt even bother to try and problem solve. When i asked if there were any other available rooms to switch to i only got a blank stare back. I asked if they had any fans we could use so we could keep the room cooler while turing off the a/c so we could sleep he said "uh no" and that was it.

Very convenient to a lot of restaurants and stores, and right off of the highway. Breakfast was also good. Clean and beds were comfortable, definitely a plus. Everything was good, can’t really say much since it was short. Overall a good stay
