Spark by Hilton Green Bay

Very comfortable! Convenient location and tons of options for dinner nearby. Continental breakfast options were excellent too. Would stay again!

We went to the pool the following night and there were no towels. I went to the front desk and asked for some and was given 1. I told them there were 4 of us and was told that’s all they could give me and that they had to save the rest for the guests. I’m sorry…I’m a paying guest!!! My husband ended up going to our room and getting our room towels which meant we had no towels for showers the next morning. This was our first time staying here since it changed to The Spark and I can honestly say it was not a good experience. We will probably give it another try and hopefully have a better one next time.

The shower had mold on the walls. Our toilet backed up and we weren’t using it. The carpets were filthy.

A/C to loud! Room was clean

The room was comfortable and very clean. We would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful we loved that there was a little area to buy food and drinks for the room overall great hotel especially for the price!

We were unable to check in because the computers were down and they had no other way to check people in. We did not receive a call back til after 7 which by then we found another establishment to stay in. I would like to be rein urst my room fee

Good location. Cobb website in room, but the rest quite clean. Minimal, not much variety breakfast.

Stay was ok. Few bumps in the road that included a plugged bathroom sink at check in. Water fountain was not maintained in pool area.

There was stuff in the fridge from the previous guests. Tub did not drain well. Breakfast was mediocre

The hotel and room were very nice, especially for the price point. There was a dampness that was a bit distracting. And the pool smell was quite stroing in the public areas. The breakfast would have been better f there was toast as well as bagels. The pool was supposed to be heated but I think it may have been off. The night audtior went above and beyond to get my son a glass of milk to go with his cookies he bought.

It sounds like there might be new owners and are going to try and get things back on track. I hope they are able to.

I would look elsewhere. Cearly this is a old hotel converted to Spark. It is trying to meet the minimun Hilton standards. The elevator floor were gross. The water fountain in the pool area was disgusting. Not a "standard" for cleanliness. A disappointing cold breakfast. A leak in the bathroom ceiling took days to fix. The bathroom linens were clean and in good shape.
