AmericInn by Wyndham Green Bay Near Stadium

I lost pair shorts and they did not come up?

The hotel was pretty clean overall. My room seemed clean except for a smell coming from the refrigerator. My main complaint is that the walls are so thin that you can hear everything. The fire alarm went off at 5am and it was very startling. The batteries for my tv remote were dead and I requested new ones twice, but never received them during my stay. Other than that, it was an ok hotel.

Breakfast was not very good.

1st impressions, stains on carpet in the hallway, all the room doors looked dirty and needed to be scrubbed. Inside the room Our TV worked but no channels. Had to call the decked about it. Then the next day they cleaned okay but the making of the beds were sloppy.

Great place for the price

On the positive side, the staff was pleasant and breakfast was tasty and enjoyable.

Very nice room, very spacious. Comfortable bed.

Broken window and window blinds. Couldn't lock it and we were on ground for.

Whole place smelled like pool chemicals, room, hallways, everywhere short of the lobby, should have been about half the price for what it is

There was a lot of humidity even with AC on everything felt damp. This was not the weather very musty. The place needs updates. But for the price it was ok.

Black mold in shower, curtains were ripped and room just felt unclean

Very clean.

Place is run down and they jack up prices for football games at 4 or 5 times normal pricing. At least fix up the place.

Pleasant

It seems like it gets the brunt end of drunken football fans unfortunately. Our bedding appeared to be clean, but not much else was. Bloody bandages on the bathroom floor and gunk on the vanity and floor. The smell in the room was terrible, but it was not better in the hallway due to other guests smoking weed. The pool shut down due to water quality. The gentleman that checked me in was super duper nice at least, but the woman we tried to get to help us later was very rude and told us to deal with it. The breakfast looked like it was held to good standardsor better than the rooms at least.

Staff was very helpful and nice

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book the hotel again when we go back.👍
