This hotel was in need of maintenance and deep cleaning. A noticeable overall smell (some because of the pool, but overall dirty/mildewy) throughout that stuck with us as we traveled on. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.

Superb

The front desk and front of the building looks fine but the actual hotel behind is unsafe in bad condition . Filthy doors, walls, bathrooms, broken windows, shredded blinds! Had to leave and book a new hotel due to unsanitary and unsafe conditions. The hotel refused to refund me even though I have pictures and left immediately never stayed at property.

Hotel needs serious upgrading.

Hotel was filthy and stunk so bad we actually left after an hour and stayed somewhere else. We stayed here last year and it was fine. It really has not been kept up.

The hotel was just okay. Nothing special. The first room we were put in had a horrible smell of rotten food. We moved and the next room smelled of smoke despite being a snore free facility. The pool amenities ere nice. The common spaces seemed maintained. The free breakfast was poor. Would likely not stay again.

Staff were friendly, and the place was in good shape for the value. However, there was black mold in the shower.

It was a pretty nice place. My kids also enjoyed it, especially the huge pool area. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great location and price for staying close to the airport.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nice with a mini fridge and microwave. Shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. The door to our room was very stiff, I had to put my shoulder into the door every time I opened it. Overall, the hotel was lacking general maintenance. The pool and hot tub had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. Not sure why but they charged my credit card a $50 deposit which was refunded 10 days later.

Quality Inn was the sister hotel - we were told that is was basically the same. It's NOT. Pool is smaller, no hot tub and the toilet seat was just barely attached to the toilet. AmeircInn - pool and hot tub need cleaning, toilet seat in room 218 was barely attached. They need to upgrade the pillow situation, and they are small and flat. Customer service was not the greatest from a few staff. Hotel manager did the best he could by comping a free night as well at his hotel. Breakfast at both hotels was not appetizing at all. Sauage patties looked to be boiled. Nothing changed on the hot table, same food each day.

The hallways and internal room was soiled smelled awful and the sheets and bedding had a sour stint that did not allow me to sleep. The room was not cleaned and was simply an awful disgusting experience. Staff nice but I will never book a stay here ever again!!!

Great pool, hot top, good breakfast

Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. We had to leave after being there for 1 hour. As soon as you walk in the lobby, you will almost pass out from the chlorine smell from the pool. The room smelled like somebody died in there. DO NOT COME HERE.

The hotel beds were awful and felt like you were falling off the sides. It was either the mattresses or the frame underneath. Most of the outlets in the room and also in the lamps were broken, loose or didn’t work. The title floor was very dirty and the hotel was not well maintained. The pool area smelled and also made the hotel halls smell as well.

Amazing as always! Where we always stay for our lambeau trips!
