Quality Inn & Suites Green Bay - Ashwaubenon

I tried to contact Expedia to get a different place to stay & all they did was send 2 intimidating men to our hotel room; to ask about our TV. The room was not beachfront as described and upon entering there was just a terrible smell. We were there for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come. We did not receive wrist bands to any water parks. Instead, he gave me some weird legal forms to water parks offside at different hotels. There was a shortage of breakfast each day and when it was there it was minimal. Pretty disappointing.

Breakfast was waffles, eggs and sausage. Plus cereal and some bagels and muffins.

Room was clean. Workers i encountered were nice. Breakfast was good

Good customer service and clean rooms

Most of the hotel staff was helpful. I choose the hotel because it was more centralized than the one we normally use. We were there for my grandkids graduation from high school. We did not know that there were no elevators for the second floor. We are two older ladies and we were not offered help getting our luggage up the stairs. They eventually moved us to the first floor on our 3rd day of 6. The clientele left a lot to he desired. People out smoking weed and it permeating into the hallways. I am a smoker so while I was outside I was approached 4 different times by guests asking for cigarettes or money due to homelessness. No place outside was safe from the other guests wanting something. The guest would empty the ashtray into the rocks so that they could pick through already smoked cigarettes hoping to find some still smokable The new room we were moved into had ants everywhere. When I approached the desk to tell the woman about it instead of I am sorry I was met with "did you leave food out?" No apology or offering any help at all. They were in our beds and our desk. It was probably the worst place I have ever stayed. Do yourself a favor and do NOT book this hotel.

Was a good location for shopping and a place to crash.

Our room stunk and had a constant dampness to it, even with the air on. It was an uncomfortable room to sleep in and the air conditioning didn’t work very well either. We paid a steep price due to staying there for a concert but I feel it was very overpriced for what we got.

It was ok to stay at but it says it is pet friendly but when we left our pets in the kennel we brought the barked and the staff kept complaining constantly calling me while I was a tournament like I was to stop what I was doing because my dogs were barking it wasn’t even 6 pm and they called me three times

The curtains dont close! They are just there for decoration so the light is pouring into your room! The beds needed to be cleaned/shampooed and there was something sticky on the floor. Breakfast was OK. Didn't use the pool.
