My stay was good from start to finish. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the breakfast choices. Nothing healthy, no yogurt or fruit. As a solo traveler felt very safe.

This was a nice, quiet place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is in good shape. The room was clean. It took a couple of hours to cool the room down to a completely comfortable temperature; the air was off when we entered it, and it was quite hot inside. Breakfast is very minimal; choice of three cold cereals, small yogurts, 2 waffle makers, bread to toast, juice. No fruit, eggs, meats etc. Even so, we would stay here again any time, and we would recommend this place to others.

The hotel was fine, comfortable and clean enough, but not great. They charged me a $70 pet fee (for 2 small dogs) when I got to the hotel. I sent an email at the time of booking asking how much dogs cost per night, and no one responded. I knew they accepted pets but didn't know how much it cost per night per dog. I figured it would be reasonable, and it wasn't

It’s there and it’s a place to lie your head for a night. Nothing super outstanding. Would stay again if passing through.

Great staff

Staff was friendly enough, but any time I had a question, I had to push a button for service. I wish someone was stationed at the desk so I didn’t always feel like I was bothering someone. We had to ask for the pool lights to be turned on and there were no pool towels. Breakfast had no hot options other than waffles, and breakfast room was super small and crowded. Room was nice and clean. No complaints there. No elevator. No fitness room. Would probably stay there again, but was a bit of a disappointment compared to other hotels on this trip. If you’re looking for something basic with no frills, this is it.

Clean, reliable, safe, nothing fancy but I would stay here again.

I wish they had the refillable shampoo, conditioner and soap. I am a strict vegetarian (vegan) so didn’t have any of the breakfast offerings. I suggested non dairy milk for coffee and cereal/oatmeal. Happy I didn’t have to smell or see dead animals!

I think breakfast was plenty good very well stocked, the room was comfortable.quiet and gets you through the night. The staff on arrival could have been bit more explanatory, however morning staff was nice. My son forgot his notebook and nobody gave us a call to let us know they maybe they can hold it there or send it to us. He’s 10 it’s just his drawings But it’s important to him. Room wasn’t bad place a bit dated but it works.

Excellent all the way round especially for the price. From now on this will be the hotel chain i will look for everywhere I go! You should too!

Not many places have a room with 3 beds. Room was super clean with fresh finishes. Location close to river and Holiday Expeditions.

Room was clean,towels were small and didn't absorb water well.

Comfortable bed. Quiet, spacious room. Good air circulation. Excellent water pressure for a solid shower. Ice machine. Waffle breakfast for the kid. Check in and out were easy. Good location for adventure - will consider staying again when I'm passing through the area. The front desk ladies were really nice.

Checked in later in the evening without any problems. Wasn’t the most modern I’ve stayed in, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed three nights at this location. Our toilet was not bolted to the ground so every time you sat it would make a huge noise. Shower was ok. No laundry facility. Breakfast was meh. There was cereal but no milk (locked in a refrigerator) .. what saved was the waffle machine. Doors to go outside to your car remained unlocked even at night.
