I'd describe this as a standard place--not bad, not outstanding. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is uninspired.

We accidentally booked this motel in the wrong state. Management was very unhelpful and would not allow us to cancel the reservation so we are out $100.

However, there were a few problems for us: When we took our shower in the morning, we were unable to shut down the water. The faucet looked like it was lacking a piece. We tried to report that to the reception and found that the phone wasn't working. We did let the staff know when we checked out and they were very apologetic and assured us that they would look into these issues. On the plus side, if you're traveling with your pet, there is a nice little park with grass behind the property where you can walk your dog.

Place is Chic but the up charge for literally everything and the lack of maintenance makes it 2 star at best. Great view though fogged glass. Neat barn door on Bathroom thar wouldn't open without 2 people. Had to hit 3 floors to find ice machine that worked. Pay for parking. Pay for coffee. Tex mex restaurant looked good but. Drinks were i correct and food was disappointing. But can walk to decent food. No breakfast.

Great hotel while traveling with pet. GrennRiver is literally in middle of no where are great hotel for overnight when traveling through area. Breakfast, however, is a 2 out of 5!

The paint in the bathroom was peeling due to bad ventilation. This also contributed to mold growth in the grout lines. Over all the bathroom could just use a refresh.

Notice the carpet leading into the elevator was worn and torn, but not a deal breaker.

Couldn't make it to green river, o asked for refund after 2 hours and never got it. Disappointed at a loss of over 200.00 .

The breakfast was pleasant, always nice to have hot food. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. One of the best showers we've ever had in a hotel. No complaints at all.

We just needed a place just overnight after traveling threw 3 states. It wasn't far off the highway. Rooms clean, front desk staff was nice. Felt safe Nothing
