Best Western Green Valley Inn

The room air conditioning compressor was quite loud - when only on fan the noise level was ok. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

The price was worth the stay.

Everything was good, but the A/C in the room was very loud

Excellent, very quiet. The only problem was that the WI-FI was too poor. No Maid unless asked.

Bathroom was spotless though the lighting was dim. Three days of our stay, the hot tub was not working. The pool and hot tub were full of palm tree seeds and bugs all the time. Impossible for staff to keep up with skimming, but looks like they only tried once a day. Halls and room often smelled mildewed. Wall a/c was quite loud. Beds, and pillows were very comfy. Good bedside charging options.

Barbie at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the free breakfast was delicious.

We always stay here when traveling through. Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy access to everything. Breakfast is good, too.

Breakfast amazing

I had a very bad experience during my stay. The hotel made a mistake with one of my reservations and didn’t account for one of the days. When I arrived, all my belongings were out of the room and it took them three hours to respond to me. I asked if I could use one of the two rooms I had booked, and they confirmed I could. On top of that, when they finally gave me the room, it was completely dirty. I expected much more from this place.

My room was not properly cleaned (dirty toilet), found coin under the ottoman (not vacuumed properly), lots of hardwater buildup in the coffee maker, desk chair was pealing and laminate on the bedside table was coking off. The bed were hard...not at all comfortable. I booked two rooms and all the bed were not comfortable. This is not an 8.2 Hotel.com property, maybe a 5 or 6.

The restaurant and bar

The rooms had dirty linen, the pillows smelled like sweat. Housekeeping woke us up at 8 in the morning wanting to know if we were checking out that day or staying for a longer stay.

Nice location to go birding in Madera Canyon, AZ

Stayed one night on a road trip through Green Valley. Arrived around 8pm. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was great. Right after we unloaded the car and settled into the room, we saw a giant cockroach scuttle across the floor and under the bed. I lifted the bedskirt to chase it down and discovered a mess of crumbs on the floor beneath the bed. You wouldn't see it unless you looked for it. All of the exposed surfaces looked clean, the bed was comfy, and we were too tired to move rooms, so we just ignored it, but I won't stay there again.

The carpet has stains on it in a few different places. The beds were very hard.
