Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greensboro - East by IHG

Superb

I will not return to this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay, staff members were very nice and took care of all needs throughout my stay. Rooms were clean, everything was in order. I will definitely be back again.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful to us. The elevator was not working and we were supposed to be in a room on the 3rd floor, but he was kind enough to put us on the 2nd floor (not so many stairs) and I was very grateful, being that I have a knee injury and bad back and stairs are not easy for me. Everyone at the hotel was just so incredibly nice. We would definitely stay here again if traveling back to Greensboro.

Superb

Staff was great, I booked an accessible room by mistake and front staff guy was awesome he moved us to a regular room quickly which we really appreciated Was a great stay

Would stay again.

I don't think anything was unique about the property. It served our needs. The elevator was not working which was not great walking up and down the stairs.

Good

Exceptional

The breakfast had a great variety for the kids we had. The pool was a dream. The staff gave us a lot of information on the activities nearby.

Check in system was down and required a manual process that was very cumbersome. One and only elevator was not functional. Both my sister and brother who were traveling with me are handicapped. Getting to rooms for them was hazardous and unlawfull.

The front end supervisor should not have that job and I am going to report her to Holiday Inn corporate office.

Easy access to main road and shopping. Would have liked vending machines on the floors with ice machines

My stay at this location was amazing! This is new go-to place when I visit Greensboro. Breakfast options were delicious and the bread was super comfortable. I slept really good during my stay. I didn't use chase lounge due to suspect stain. My suggestion is that cloth-covered furniture should be steamed clean.

Hotel clean and tidy Elevator not working and had to use stairs

everything was amazing stay loved it there

I travel for work and decided to stay at this location. The front desk was rude and the hotel needs an upgrade.

The property was very clean. The staff was very polite The construction
