There is 0 sound insulation. Room doors slamming and seemed to need extra muscle because they were sticking. Toilet was so low it was like a toddler time out stool. Literally 4 inches below the bottom of my knee. It flushed so loud, it startled me. A/C worked great, but also loud. We received a lukewarm reception, but the check out staff was much friendlier. Bed and pillows were comfortable and property was clean and tidy. Flavor infused water is a nice touch and appreciated. We cancelled our future reservation and will stay elsewhere.

The only problem is the loudness of the Air Conditioner the one in my room was making a loud noise it was very cool but the noise kept me up a little off and on

The entire stay was excellent, staff very helpful and professional.

The rooms are in bad shape. The window has a gap between the frame and the wall where outside air flows . The cleaners enter even when the do not disturb sign is up. We lost power for over 7 hours and the staff at the desk was absolutely ignorant.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, what I did like most was that they had a list of restaurants that were near. everything was great

The room was nice and clean. I loved the pillows. There needs to be directional signage at the main road leading to the hotel. I made a wrong turn and ended up going the wrong way on an exit ramp. The location is pretty isolated in comparison to other hotels in the area, and the truck lot next to the hotel is sketchy. Also, the hotel isn't close to other businesses, shopping, etc. it's pretty expensive for the lack of access.

This hotel, like the other Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed in this year, was very clean. The building, however, appears to be older, and a few items need attention. The bathroom sink hot and cold water were reversed. The ceiling was repainted in a few places that covered over half of the ceiling. The entire ceiling should have been painted; otherwise, it looks like a bad patch job, leading one to wonder what happened here? The window shades are frayed. The elevator was very slow each time I used it. There are no restaurants in the nearby area that my GPS could locate.
