Clean peaceful and comfortable

First off when I came to check in they told me I had to wait at minimum 30 mins to an hour for the manager to come back because she had left and the maintenance was at the desk only and I asked him about the pool so my kids could play and he said there is no accessing the pool with no explanation whatsoever. Once the manger came back and I was able to check in I asked her about what time is breakfast because it said breakfast was included so I could feed the kids in the morning and she said there is no breakfast with no explanation whatsoever as well. Once I got to the room there was no cleanliness to it and it smelled like someone had just got finished smoking and I asked for non smoking room.. my son has asthma so it was too late get a room at another hotel otherwise we would have. Terrible experience and would never book another visit ever to this hotel at all! Definitely not recommend and it be doing my google review as well as my social medias on all of my platforms for all of my followers. I need to be refunded immediately

I was there for a track meet so the location was perfect . The parking lot /grass area had a good space for the team to practice, staff was friendly and the water was nice and hot. For starters the pictures on the site is definitely not what you're getting(big scam)The room was so dirty that me and my daughter didn't want to sit down.We had roaches and bedbugs.(I woke up to the bedbugs crawling on my pillow.I had to go to the Walmart and purchase sheets ,pillows ,air freshers ,roach spray, bedbug spray, towels and wash cloths.The blankets had a bunch of cigarette burns on it ,and I didn't know this at the time but housekeeping doesn't automatically clean your room you have to request it the day before.The pool didn't have water in it(tarp was covering it)OYO really needs to do better.

The sheets and comforter had burns in them. To make things worst it was someone nail left on the sink. Which means the room was not clean.

No deposit It just needs some really good updating

Location was perfect for my purpose. There was no breakfast. Dirty bedding, fridge not working but staff came promptly when we reported and corrected all.

I traveled to Greensboro, NC for the Adidas Track Nationals on Thursday, 6/18/26. I had a reservation at the OYO Hotel Greensboro East I-40 for 6/18/26-6/21/26. The appearance was rundown and nothing like the pictures, the room smelled like mold and chain smokers lived there. The floors were dirty, shower was dirty, microwave and fridge dirty. I couldn't change my room eventhough I offered to pay the difference. Found out they had bedbugs, we checked out the same day. We did not stay one night. I tried calling the hotel to speak with the manager the next day and the call won't ever go through for you to reach someone. I went the and spoke with manager f2f, she was so nice nasty and nonchalant about the bedbugs like it wasn't that big of a deal. Never again will I attempt to stay there and I would highly recommend that nobody go there. They're so outdated, pool not in use, the strangeness of the people around the property is suspect. The non smoking rooms don't exist. It you have allergies or asthma, DON'T STAY THERE.

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I WALKED IN THE ROOM WITH MY FAMILY THERE WAS ROACHES, BODILY FLUIDSON THE BED,THE BEDBOX SPRING, the couch had stains all over it couldn’t even sit down. Peeled back the comforter and it was dirty or could have blood stained sheeets Im not sure. I was just in disbelief. I had to book another room somewhere else.

This hotel should be removed from “Hotel.com” website. This place was disgusting. Smelly smoke filled rooms, broken blinds, broken tv, unsafe sketchy guests. Required a full payment before I went to my room. Facing a pool that looked like it was condemned. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Only slim consolation was a very pleasant front desk employee, immediately refunded my money with no questions asked. Hotels.Com you should be ashamed of yourself on this one!

The room had a bad odor. The area doesn’t feel safe for family. I would not recommend if you have a family with kids.

Seemed and smelled clean, but the bathroom was just awful. Filthy vent. Cigarette holes on bedspread. Make up stains on the towels. Broken toilet paper holder. We weren’t expecting premium accommodations, but this was pretty rough overall.

Most of the lights did not work and it looks like the smoke alarm for the room was removed.

Nothing really It was filthy, literal roaches in my room, hairs everywhere from previous guests, dirty floors and bedspread, the room itself was filthy and I could hear every single noise from guests in other rooms.

Room was dirty and bathroom door didn’t latch

Waited almost a half hour for someone to show up to the desk. Called twice while waiting, no answer. Property is covered in trash and in total disrepair. Room was half decent at least.

Vanity was nice, bed was comfortable but drapes spread and bathroom ceiling needed care. Staff was absolutely amazing.New floors but craftsmanship for edging lacking talent.
