The property was immaculate kept and staff was phenomenal! Loved my stay here. I will definitely come back again.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the three of us would not have selected the sliding door going into the bathroom nor the round rings to open the doors.

Terrible experience. Rental car was towed from the lot, despite the fact that I paid for parking. $448 later (cash only), we got the car back and learned that nobody should ever stay there.

We arrived with enough time to get ready and then leave for an event. I asked the woman at the desk where parking was. She was not very friendly and told me to wait and she’d explain. In my ample time in the lobby I heard her tell this to many people who asked as they were wanting to move their cars due to a line. I told her we had plans, and had a rough trip so far, small talk, not a word back. She gave me parking instructions. When we pulled in our key didn’t work, so I called her. She said we were doing it wrong, and told us to drive back. The setup of the garage if you could see it, makes it impossible to safely back out because it’s one way. When I came back in, she admitted that she had forgotten to keep the card in the first place. When we got to our room, the door was open and they were painting and room repair supplies in the room. She asked me to come back down. I waited in the lobby for quite a while and then she told me to go back up, that they had removed the supplies. I told her that the problem was the open door more than the supplies, but she didn’t care. The room was loud and exceptionally bright and had no curtains; I do not want to be woken up at the crack of dawn on my Saturday off. There was no way to block it. The room had stains on the carpet and I wasn’t sure if it was blood or feces, and the trash cans did not have bags I was unimpressed, and this was probably one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Then Securty guard was rules as hell. They need to stop thing they bad learn how to talk to people at the pool

I don't plan to return. Heavy construction across street, hotel shows wear, room was spacious but not useful. Lacked value for the money.

Tiedra (not sure about the spelling) was exceptional! She was so kind when I called the day before my booking and accommodated an early check in. Rooms were clean and had a lot of space. Great location. Very nice front desk staff day of as well!

My room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety each day. Right in the center of town, so easy access to wherever you need to go. Very friendly staff.
