Clean room, large walk in shower, breakfast was basic but good and great combination..something for everyone!! We paid for parking vs parking on the street or down the street. And a plus for me is any Hotel that still reserves a seated area for smokers. Staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. Definitely will recommend and will stay again.

The caring, attentive staff at the downtown Greensboro location made the experience that much better. I appreciated the clean rooms, excellent parking, good food and drink options, and just the spaciousness of the lobby areas and the rooms. I slept great, ate well, and felt welcomed by the staff. I would only suggest that perhaps the staff could pay more attention to the carpets in the rooms. They are definitely due for a deep cleaning.
