Hyatt Place Greensboro/Downtown

We had to leave before breakfast.

The staff was nice The air conditioning was very poor on the forth floor. The shower grout was dirty, and when I went to the pool the workers weren't making it very private for me and another woman getting some sun! They were whistling flirting.

I love that it near everything. You really don’t have to drive no where once there. I didn’t like how dark the hall are at knight.

The property is very well maintained, and the staff is extremely professional. After spending the day with our child at UNCG, our door lock unit failed. Michelle at the front desk was amazing. She resolved our issue quickly, and upgraded our room for the inconvenience.

Clean room, large walk in shower, breakfast was basic but good and great combination..something for everyone!! We paid for parking vs parking on the street or down the street. And a plus for me is any Hotel that still reserves a seated area for smokers. Staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. Definitely will recommend and will stay again.

Nice location directly across from Greensboro Grasshoppers Minor League stadium. Very convenient parking. Super-friendly and helpful staff.

Superb

The caring, attentive staff at the downtown Greensboro location made the experience that much better. I appreciated the clean rooms, excellent parking, good food and drink options, and just the spaciousness of the lobby areas and the rooms. I slept great, ate well, and felt welcomed by the staff. I would only suggest that perhaps the staff could pay more attention to the carpets in the rooms. They are definitely due for a deep cleaning.
