Then Securty guard was rules as hell. They need to stop thing they bad learn how to talk to people at the pool

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful The bedding made me itch a little bit. Maybe the laundry soap they use. I'm not sure.

I don't plan to return. Heavy construction across street, hotel shows wear, room was spacious but not useful. Lacked value for the money.

Tiedra (not sure about the spelling) was exceptional! She was so kind when I called the day before my booking and accommodated an early check in. Rooms were clean and had a lot of space. Great location. Very nice front desk staff day of as well!

My room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety each day. Right in the center of town, so easy access to wherever you need to go. Very friendly staff.

Unwilling to work with us on a cancellation. The fee was more than the room. The hotel stated since we used Booking.com we were unable to get a 0$ cancellation fee. However, if we would have booked through the hotel itself we would have been able to cancel for free. Their dissatisfaction of us making a reservation through BOOKING.com

Location is great. It across the street from the minor league baseball stadium. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There was no microwave in the room. That was a bit of a surprise. The only negative was the hot items on the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and sausage were not good.
