Julian Price House

The Julian Price House is amazing and surprising place to stay in the heart of Greensboro. It felt like being in another world.

Interactions with the owner Michael were helpful and pleasant.

My husband chose Julian Price house for our anniversary getaway. He also looked at high-end hotel offerings. IMO he made an excellent choice! Beautiful, indoors and out. Having a love for architecture, the home and renovations are exquisite. Book with photos and narrative gives an historical perspective of the home and renovation process. There are also books detailing the history of Greensboro during the original construction period. We enjoyed the common areas and the manicured gardens/ outdoors. The home is centrally located if you are visiting Greensboro. Host was very accommodating and all areas were clean and welcoming. Highly recommend! Hope to visit again.

Perfect Place to stay! I wish I could move in!

Stay here! You won’t regret it. Everything is absolutely perfect . We were a family of four with 2 older daughters and 1Q/2T bedroom was just right.

Great location

If a traveler is one who can appreciate wonderful history of a given area within any town, who marvels at the architecture of the early 1900's, who respects the work to refurbish and maintain a nearly 100 year old home, is charmed by the landscape and relishes calm, civility and old luxury........this is the place to stay. Sans a few quirks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt transported back to the roaring '20's. The only think they we would have liked to have enjoyed, was a breakfast vs a continental menu. We met one of the owners and he was gracious with his time and key historical notes regarding the house and previous owners.

Very well maintained, extremely clean property. Exceptionally responsive host who checked in frequently regarding stay. Location was great- beautiful park across the street and close to downtown. Water pressure in shower was a little low. Highly recommend!

Beyond gorgeous

Beautiful home! Not just a place to stay, but an immersive experience! We enjoyed learning about the history of this home and truly had a wonderful weekend soaking it all in. Extremely clean and expertly restored, the gardens are beautiful and the rooms take you back in time. We had everything we needed for a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved it and would stay again- this exceeded our expectations!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Checkin instructions were easy to follow and we loved the amenities.

We were only able to enjoy for a short period but we will definitely be back! The staff made sure they provided a warm and cozy welcome and made sure we had a seamless check in. It was so peaceful from the moment we walked in the home. We loved the picturesque scenes inside the home. No complaints 10/10 experience.
