Quality Inn & Suites - Greensboro-High Point

My friend and I booked our rooms for a local event. Two women traveling with dog's. We felt unsafe going in and out of this hotel. Very shady clientele. Secure doors were not locked.

Room was ok. There is only 2 small smal bar soap which I wouldn’t call a bar. When you check in they say there will be a $ 100. Hold on your cc till you check out and then it will fall off. Make sure you check instead of a $100. A$1000.00 was pending on my cc. I went to front desk and assured it was going to be taken care of but next morning still on my cc. Went back to front desk before I checkout and was assured it will be removed. When I returned home it is still on my cc and I call to speak to manager I was transferred and said he will talk to me but of course it went to voicemail so I left a message and stated I wanted to be called back today.. if it was me find some other place to stay. I mean even if it was 200 instead of 100 ok but $1000.00 . Very upset getting the runaround.

Not many amenities. Rooms nice but lobby decor was dated

I’ve stayed here before, and the customer service always exceeds any other hotel in the area. The manager runs a very tight show. And he employees some of the genuinely nicest people possible.

Good stay

This property is filthy and needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. It is definitely not worth the price. There are cats running all over the lobby-JUST NASTY!! The staff is not helpful at all, all though they advertise they can store your luggage the only place you can leave it it’s out in the lobby. The rooms are filthy, paint peeling, mold in the bathrooms. I would not recommend this property to my enemies. KEEP LOOKING!

I checked in a little after midnight Shoutout to the front desk clerk who was very helpful, thorough and engaging for it to be so late. Throughout my stay the front desk continued to be awesome with helping with anything requested: from pool towels, room towelsor plastic utensils with a smile. Aaron and Heather were very pleasant and stood out. Also the lady who helps to clean the breakfast area was always very pleasant. Great place to stay if you just want to lay your head. Pool was good but you need two towels to dry off even for a child since they're so thin. Didn't use the gym and a breakfast was basic and decent.

The room was clean however they did not clean the room a day before we leave. As you walk in the building it smells moldy need a complete upgrade. The staff was very limited. The breakfast was not good everything was stale. There hole in the ceiling. Thumbs down

Our stay here was good. Everything was clean and front desk staff was great. Price was very reasonable.

A good sized room with LVP floors, we took our pet. The desk employees were always friendly and helpful. A surprisingly quiet place to stay.

The rooms were not cleaned

State at check in was very pleasant and friendly. Room smelled pleasant, and was clean upon us walking in. N/a

Pool was a little funky and the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that, it was good.

I loved the property overall! The room was clean. The pool was clean and enjoyable and the lady at the front desk was amazing!! Very nice & friendly! Great customer service! I loved every interaction I had with her. It wasn’t a property issue but there was a power outage during our stay that lasted a few hours.
