The reason I booked hotel for pool.. The swim pool terrible. I booked hotel room. CLARION POINTE. I WANTED MONEY BACK. I DIDN'T STAY AT DAY INN. DAY INN. WASN'T SAFE FOR MY FAMILY

The front door of the lobby looks awful, as does the lobby itself. They are a dog friendly property, but they had the nerve to ask for a $100 additional deposit. The pet fee is $20 per night. I have been an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel, and I can tell you, this is the most property I have ever seen DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel brandishing a well kept site but the actual spot is not at all aesthetic. The ac unit barely worked. The shower had soap left in it. The bathtub had a ring and dirt. There were also people loitering that were not guests. A lady approached my son in the car and asked him for money smh. I definitely will not be going back.

Let me say this. This hotel uses screenshots or duplications from the days in up the road. Their hotel rooms look nothing like they show. They also use the comments from the days in up the road. These rooms are dirty, bedsheets were filthy. The hairdryer was hanging out of the wall Went to plug it in and sparks flew everywhere. There’s no security latch on the door at all. There were people in the parking lot drunk and doing drugs. Couldn’t use the pool because it was dirty and not taken care of. This hotel needs to refund my money ASAP.

I like the fact that I was able to cancel on your app once we realized the conditions of this hotel were so poor.People were hanging around outside like a New York City street.Police were knocking on the door and peeking through the windows when my friend went to check in for us. This location was really close to my sisters apartment The property was very sketchy however every one was really nice

Bed bugs and holes in the bathroom ceiling very uncomfortable to the point i slept in my car

Was not what was on the picture something totally different look real bad

quite dirty needles and drugs on steps outside door room ,the property had ad looking odd people gathering around and staff lady was rude and breached room without my consent and without my knowledge and refuse to hand over any policy agreements very nasty attitude and unprofessional

Price point was great but I should have known it was too good to be true. Charles was great with refunding my stay! Seedy looking area. Lobby had spilled water but napkins were left on top to soak up. I even asked why no one picked that up. Of course, I got no answer. Room smelled like musty cigarettes. Tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned since Kennedy died. Stains on chair. It was deplorable. I couldn't even stay 1 night. If you got a few extra bucks, stay somewhere else.

Hotel is run down. Pool was closed and the staff didn't think it would be opening anytime soon.

To begin with I didn't get the room that I reserved. My reservations were for a 2 queen bed non-smoking room. They did not have that available, so we had to settle for either a smoking room or a non-smoking king bed. Being non-smokers, we choose the non-smoking room. When we first opened the door, it had been broken at one time and poorly fixed. The lock was loose. I asked for a cot, and they didn't have any available, so I slept in a desk chair all night because my family of 4 couldn't all fit in the bed. The toilet didn't flush and the sink was cracked and very slow to drain. The shower and floor was very dirty. Also, the fridge was broken and we couldn't use it.

The shower water pressure was good The manager was nice
