Sleep Inn Greensboro Airport

Everyone was very accommodating. The staff was amazing morning noon and night they were so pleasant. Even the lady that prepared our breakfast was very nice. Pool was good. We had issue with air conditioner they had us in a new room immediately.

My grandson and I transferred from another hotel in the area due to poor service and conditions. Sleep inn was definitely an excellent choice!! The staff were great and the the property was excellent!!!

We had 2 nights booked at this hotel booked weeks before. We arrived at 10:30 pm after a long drive to be told that by no fault of their own, we had no room, but they had a plan to have us stay at another hotel. An hour and a half later, that plan had fallen through. The desk clerk was “really sorry, and they would issue a full refund” - the only offering to appease me after the two hour wait and lack of a room. So at midnight, I had to try to find another room, and ended up having to book a different hotel each night out of the city. There were 2 other parties who experienced the same thing, one of them booked through the hotel and her confirmation. While I was waiting, she extended the stay for one couple who had a room- they got an extra night (one of the nights I had booked which was not offered to us). I would not recommend booking at this hotel.

The beds and air conditioning were wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The fitness area left a lot to be desired (we were there for an athletic event and so planned to use the fitness center for warm ups) as it was small and had an unpleasant odor.

Check in lady was really nice and super friendly. Check out was a younger guy who was also handling breakfast prep, nice young man as well.

I've stayed at this location many times and have always found the hotel to be clean and the staff courteous.

Overall it was a good stay, staff was helpful although I had to wait for someone to come to the desk once or twice. There was a little ant issue; didn’t really bother me but someone else might care more. Also the breakfast lacked a little but it was free so you can make do! Other than that my stay was very good, lobby smelled amazing, it was convenient to the airport and Greensboro and would definitely stay again. Four star rating, would definitely recommend.
