Homewood Suites by Hilton Greensboro

The day shift staff was very helpful. As for the night shift they were atrocious. I asked for a bandaid for my son and they had to call maintenance to get one. I sat and waiting with my son for over 30 minutes. I finally went to one of the cooks in the kitchen and asked her. She went right behind the front desk where both the man and woman I asked were sitting and grabbed me a bandaid. Lazy and useless those two.

We had a restful night, the room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, We definitely would recommend this hotel.

I will most definitely be staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay and wished this trip was longer. First off the breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the food. Secondly the pool was the highlight of my kids trip. They wanted to be in there the minute it opened at 10am. Staff was very kind and courteous. Lori was awesome and (I forgot his name) he’s Jamaican and he helped cleaning the pool was very kind. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay.

Secondly, our toilet became very hot, the seat, bowl, and also the water. you could feel the heat from the tank. The water from the sink also was so hot you could see the steam when you cut it on. This was overnight on the day of our arrival. I looked it up on ChatGPT and it advised not to use the toilet until it was checked out. The front desk was advised and video was shown. I was advised that the manager was off and the on call engineer was made aware. No accommodations were made for me at that point. And I also overheard her speaking to the engineer about they thought that was fixed. The hotel otherwise would be a great choice. I was advised to speak with the 3rd party that I booked with in regard to any compensation. Of note I am a Hilton Rewards member.

Nice sized rooms, friendly breakfast buffet workers. Chia pudding was great to see. Pillows uncomfortable, blood stain noted on pillow, front desk worker unfamiliar with dog price and policy. I hope I was charged correctly.

Very relaxing and stress free stay would stay there again

Rooms need renovation. Furniture is dirty and splitting. Tub is cheap and sags (pools) in the middle.

The breakfast was exceptional The decor seemed outdated and the toilet leaked water onto the wall.

The property was nice. Everyone was friendly. On the fourth floor, it smelt like some type of food and it wasn’t the best smell.

Was very pleased with the accommodations. This was my first time staying in a Homewood Suites. Rooms were clean, but was comfortable, and checking in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again. The only con I would have is I didn’t realize this location was close to the airport, so you do hear the planes taking off and landing, but not a huge inconvenience.
