The hotel has a nice lobby. The front desk clerk was dressed professionally, very nice, explained breakfast hours and provided me with a goodie bag. My room came with two queen beds, very spacious and clean. My bed was very comfortable. I would definitely visit them again on my next trip to NC.

Ms. Smith (no relation) at front desk was excellent with checking me in. She went above and beyond and I appreciate her. Would definitely stay again. There was still hair on the toilet but luckily I brought my Lysol so I sprayed it down and wiped it off.

We had a great experience. The staff members were extremely friendly. The property was clean.

Only room available with double beds was a handicapp room. It didn't have a shower or when asked.. coudn't put a shower curtain on rod. The TV was older model and small.

The overall property was very good. With that being said our room not so much. We had an ant infestation on the bathroom, there was a urine stain on the pull out couch, there were two places on the carpet with crusty stains and the TV remote was filthy.

The window wouldn’t close in our room so we heard the highway all night, the tub had cracks as well, no microwave in the room, coffee machine wasn’t in the best condition, the tv wasn’t updated the coloring was off. The staff was very friendly as well, the lobby was nice, the pool was closed so that was disappointing to my daughter. Good location.
