Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro Airport

Convenience to where I had to go The Bistro. Didn’t have a lot to offer from the menu. Need to check inventory better

Close to Highpoint university The pool was cold and would be nice to have a hot tub if they plan to keep the temp of pool so cold.

Only Stayed overnight to catch an early flight. Windows opened so I was able to have fresh air, and room was clean QUIET and comfortable. Super Close to the Airport. Nothing

Clean comfortable room and the staff was helpful and welcoming.

Clean room, fast check in, Friendly staff

I enjoyed the property and all the amenities. I would have like to have had a microwave in my room instead of having to go to the lobby to heat up something. Not sure what was going on with the parking lot but a lot of it was roped off, but I still got a good spot. My favorite part was meeting a staff member named John Lewis. He was kind, friendly and cared about my needs. He was awesome!

The staff was amazing and very helpful!! We were in town for a wedding and originally only reserved rooms for one night. We were able to reserve rooms for an additional night online through Trivago/Expedia at a cheaper rate and were able to stay in the same rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the wedding events.

Very friendly and helpful staff!

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. However, our floor (and even inside our room) smelled like marijuana. Perhaps a guest breaking the rules? But I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Exceptional

Liked the location and the front desk staff The room smelled like dog urine. No microwave in the room either.

Na

They are trying to charge me double the rate I booked the room with booking. The staff was not helpful at check in.

Passable

Clean and convenient location Better gym facilities

Better gym facilities

Very good

Bathroom was pretty dated and rusty in areas, especially the shower. The room was incredibly hot upon arrival, and took a really long time to cool down. Not ideal when you arrive at 8PM.

Always a great stay in a very comfortable bed at a Courtyard!

Location and price was ok. They do not service the rooms every day or not at all unless you ask and even that might not happen. One staff that was at the front desk in the morning was drunk and totally unable to perform any duties.
