I like me the room styles and how quiet it was. The pool looks dirty but prob bc it’s inside a dim room. Pillows on the bed could b a little more firm.

I loved everything about tge room There was a family reunion going on. So they had people loud in the kovvt and the walkway and around the elevator

Disappointing

I booked two rooms and one of the rooms were filthy my kids could not sleep in bed the bed had urine and poop like stains on it. We did get switched to a different room however one night stay should be compensated back to me The other room was ok except I felt like something kept biting me It needs a deep clean and sanitized

Amazing that’s all I can say just Amazon. Every time I stay at the residence inn I’m never disappointed.

Staff were all super pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and had a little kitchenette. We were there for a week and being able to provide our own meals was great

Nice indoor swimming pool

Excellent customer service especially with front desk agent Brian. It was a last minute trip to celebrate my grandkids making the AB HONOR ROLL THE WHOLE YEAR ‼️

It was nice Room main door couldn’t close correctly and didn’t have enough towels. Kendall was very helpful I rate him 5 stars

The manager was so helpful when I realized I left my laptop in the lobby. I appreciate him very much and will definitely consider staying again on my next business trip.

Everything needed for a week stay was in the room as expected, all the staff were great, the pool was great, comfortable bed, easy parking, easy to get onto the highway to get around to attractions, shopping centers are a few miles away but there's a nice scenic drive that takes about 10 minutes to Walmart grocery store rather than taking the main road with traffic, it was a safe area, don't recommend the nearby donut shop, the Ruby Tuesdays restaurant across the street served good lunch and dinner, the only thing I had trouble with were black ants in the kitchen, but that happens everywhere that has a kitchen, I carry lysol wipes when I travel and kept the counters super clean, didn't leave any food out, they must be in the wall because I could not figure out where they were coming from but they were only on the kitchen counter not anywhere else, even I occasionally have ants in my home kitchen counter for no reason, so if you get a kitchen and see ant, just wipe it off, there's no reason to give the hotel a lesser star rating because of ants unless there's like a infestation of them in your room, it's normal everywhere to see ants this time is year coming indoors, there were mostly families and professionals staying there when we were there, no sketchy people on our around the hotel, it was in a nicely landscaped area with mature trees
