The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The kitchen set up was good. Needs a cook top though. One can borrow from the front desk, but I hate asking for things. That's a me problem lol. I have feather allergies and they swapped out the pillows for non-feather and the AC wasn't running well so they serviced it immediately. It is in the immediate flight path for the airport, so it is very loud when they fly over. I love planes so it does not bother me at all. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Taye was amazing! No Issues

Such a horrible customer service. At the end of the day, that’s what either makes or breaks the experience.

The fridge in my room has stains and hair. The shower had little to no pressure was barely dripping out of the showerhead. When I turned on the shower, initially, some dirt and rust shot out The tub itself was nasty and rusted The garbage disposal didn’t work Maintenance in the head of housekeeping should’ve checked the room or each room before an individual takes possession of the room Maintenance and the head of housekeeping should be fired Found lots of food underneath the bed room 315 was the worst

Travelers...CALL the hotel before booking your trip. The hotel staff was very responsive to our requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good!

Very nice and convenient to a lot of things. I saw a mouse on the patio. It was outdoors so it wasn’t much of a big deal but the patio was really nice and I no longer wanted to go out there.

The stay was good. The only advice would have to do with the breakfast meals. For those who have food allergies, but still could eat the food if it were served safely, you need to consider arranging food so that cross contamination doesn't happen. We have stayed at multiple hotels and managed our gluten allergy without any issues. The method of having bread products above food products does not keep food from being cross contaminated and as a result it is not safe for us to eat. We were quite disappointed that we didn't get to have breakfast after so many reviews about the breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The stay in the room was fine, just a big let down that the arrangement of the food did not allow for us to safely eat any foods.
