Its a nicer hotel that I imagined. The staff is very friendly I would definitely recommend this place to others that come to aruba.

Location was ok staff was friendly Room smelled like mold/mildew and stale cigarettes

There was no fan in the bathroom, it smelled very dirty, and the odor spread everywhere. The carpet was very dirty with no cleaning, and the small bed was uncomfortable. There was only a tiny bottle of shampoo for two people. You have to ask for all the items they say you will have, and you will have to wait in a long line with unfriendly staff. There is a smell of smoke and cigarettes everywhere.

Old and out dated. Homeless people on bench in front. Room Smelled like weed. I want a refund

One thing was they didn't have any cookware for us,not much channels on the TV to look at, not a enough pillows on bed.

The location. The rooms were dark and low lighting, it smelled just like an ashtray, for it to be a NO smoking hotel, incense were in the window with ashes still in the windowsill. The phone did not work in the new room. I did change to another room. When I arrived there was some young adults outside smoking a blunt, Cush, weed or what ever it’s bing called, the hotel was nothing like the photos online. Some of the staff was not as welcoming.

This place has everything you need if you’re traveling for work. The staff is what really makes this place shine. Is it older and needs to be updated, yes it does. Pet friendly. They have a pool but it was closed the entire time we stayed. WiFi sucks so plan on upgrading.

Didn't notice till the next morning when the bathroom door was closed there was a pink towel hanging on the back of the door. I kept my socks on walking on the floor and the floors were covered with pet hair. The room itself is spacious just needs a thorough cleaning

That it’s pet friendly The breakfast it should of been better than what it was I would recommend a better breakfast
-
Staff was amazing Breakfast could have been better but there's a stove in the room, could cook it myself.
-
This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the shower, being not clean to hair and whatever else stuck to the bathroom counters, the floor having dirt all over it would not recommend anybody staying here.

I liked the locstjon I didn’t like that I was charged twice for the room
-
Staff was cool Low quality and roaches q

There was a problem with me checking in. But once that was over everything was straight. It was clean and I had a great time. There was kids running outside my room all day on Saturday. I was trying to relax but I couldn't. I know that ain't the hotels fault.

Excellent, professional, helpful and friendly staff. Comfy bed. Good free wifi (it was sufficient for streaming and games so I opted not to pay extra for premium wifi). Price not commensurate with amenities (i.e., overpriced). Room cleaned every two weeks instead of weekly (was disclosed in policies at time of booking). No coffee maker available. Cooking and eating utensils were not in my room at check in, so I had to ask for them. Provided colander was unnecessary because the pot was not big enough to cook pasta. Appliances in my room's kitchenette were old, rusty, worn, and needed leveling. Rental car or ability to figure out convoluted Guilford County bus schedules is a must because there is no safe place to walk to restaurants other than the closest two, and the nearest grocery store is 3-ish miles away. Grounds need a good clean up (there are no ashtrays on the property, so disposing of butts is a problem. And some pet owners haven't yet learned how to clean up after their pets, so there were piles on sidewalks and grass next to the building.) I guess I would have expected a little more care for the property by guests and corporate alike for the price of the rooms.

It was clean Smelled weird

The location was very quiet.

What made my stay was the staff! Carolyn, Haley and Debra (I believe thats the right name, may have been Brenda, she was the daytime front desk clerk.) Those 3 ladies made me feel so at welcome and at home, I was stuck in Greensboro bc of the weather and I was really missing home and these 3 dont even know how much chit chatting with them helped my homesickness. They were wonderful and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing lodging. Thank you ladies!!! I can't really say there was anything I didn't like. There is always room for improvement but for the price and the service, I cant see any reason to speak negatively in any way about this hotel. As I stated in my other review, the breakfast was minimal but no big deal. There is a Dunkin and McDs real close too.

Staff was friendly, immediately responsive to special request in app (late check in), provided shampoo I had forgotten. Has a great little kitchenette, damn near a studio apartment! Only thing I was a little disappointed in was the "included breakfast" was just muffins and instant oatmeal and coffee. The only reason I was disappointed was the description says breakfast included, but they let you know upon check in its a "grab and go" breakfast. Not a huge deal, but I would have been a little more prepared for that if it was more clear. A little fruit wouldnt have hurt my feelings. However, because of the service of the front desk ladies, I will definitely stay again.
