I went to the front desk to inquire about having no water and was told that "a water pump broke" and would be fixed within the next 45 minutes to 2 hours. (this was that 5 PM on Friday, August 14, 2026) I ask if they were going to keep us update and was told that people could come to front desk for information. We went to dinner and came back and were told it may "take a little longer". I inquired again around 10 PM and at that point was told that it may not be fixed until Monday. There was a long line of people checking out of the hotel due to No Water! I had to wait in line for about 30 minutes and they did at least find me another room at the Holiday Inn Express (which was cheaper per night than the Marriott). By the time they got the reservation for the room and I packed up my room and got it in my car and made it to the Holiday Inn Express, it was almost midnight. I am handicapped and was also traveling with my service dog. This was very hard for me. I as sure that they were aware that it was not going to be fixed that night since the front desk also told me that the plumber needed at part to fix it and it was already after 5 pm on Friday. It was a bad situation that was handled very well. I usually stay at a Hilton but decided on a Marriott for this trip. That was a mistake. I think that the Marriott owns me as well and the other people that had to deal with this mess a couple of FREE nights! I was booked for 3 nights.

We were on a week search of a good hotel and the first 4 were horrible. Nothing as advertised. So we were skeptical coming to your establishment. From the moment I walked in we were treated with exceptional care. I hope I'm remembering the name correctly but I think it was Diana or Diane but she was the best from the moment we walked in! She filled the coffee pot after I'd made a million trips due to my insomnia and the person that replaced her was also nice but she was a god send and let me know already that this would be a great stay. All amenities were great and the breakfast was the best we had all week!! Even when we came down 30 mins early and didn't pay attention to what time it was and started eating breakfast before it was open. No one said anything (even tho we felt horrible after we realized it)... We will be visiting this place again... Afraid to go to another one because this one was so perfect! I will def tag you in my mini series of looking for the best affordable hotel!!! Thank you again!!! I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like. The 2nd attendant wasn't as friendly as Diane/Diana but he was still nice and a accommodating.

Also, asked front desk for a bottle of water , and told me it would be $3.50 , which is ridiculous …at the other Marriot I stayed , they gave me water bottle when I asked , it’s just good customer service in my opinion . Don’t know if I’ll stay at this location in the future , I am a Bonvoy member , will probably stay at another Marriot hotel in the future

The staff was very nice. The location was good. The beds were very uncomfortable. They sloped to the middle.

This was honestly one of the best Marriotts I’ve stayed at. The room was so clean, air conditioner was crisp, and staff was very helpful. I used their gym which had two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a bench and weight rack. The pool was super clean as well and nice and big. I didn’t eat for the free breakfast because it ends quite early at 9 AM, but I saw one morning they had quite a selection of Greek yogurt, fruit, and pans of hot food. I would definitely return.
