Embassy Suites by Hilton Greensboro Airport

Superb

Beautiful hotel, amazing food and comfortable beds

All employees were extremely polite and respectful. My only concern were the doors around the pool area….seems as though they have had issues with people breaking them

Very nice room! Breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful

Christin on the reception desk was professional and helpful

But dated look the same as every other just more dated

Rooms was good The need a hot tub would made my experience better there

breakfast

Staff was good but there were no essential items that usually provided in all hotels… for instance water bottles, toothpaste in the room.. the sofa’s on the suite was not clean essential really old. The suite was expensive but really experience was really neutral nothing like other good hotels!

The stay was awesome N\a

This was our first time staying at this property after several years and our family was very satisfied with the property. The accommodations met our needs and the location is great. The breakfast was very good and so was the service. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great pet friendly hotel. First time I ever traveled with my dog and I was nervous they made it a great experimce for me and my dog.

Overall great experience!

I totally love the waterfall!

Our bathroom light was not working. AC wasn’t working - too cold and couldn’t adjust temp at all. Was told “open our curtains should warm up room”.Couch/sofa bed dirty underneath. Place doesn’t seem as clean as prior years. Food was excellent though For me room cleanliness is most important!

This seems like an upscale property if you were in the 1980’s. The bed was average, the room dated. All was clean. The room could definitely use some updating to the 2000s. Shuttle was a big plus. Front desk staff exemplary.

Everything Nothing

We came to town for my nephew’s wedding, expecting a nice place, as we have always had great experiences at Embassy Suites in other locations. The only things likable were the location and staff was friendly. Pool was dirty, couldn’t swim. Bathroom near breakfast area had feces on the floor! Room was never cleaned while we were there. Overall, the hotel was very dirty!!

It was fair except the carpet wasn't clean. The toilet was leaking on the floor, an the bath room sink was stopped up.Breakfast was good

Great stay - staff and hotel were spot on.
