Other than being too cold and not getting a luggage cart. It was just fine.

The room was outdated and disgusting. There was a dirty tissue on the bathroom floor. There were stains on the carpet, the ceiling, the walls, and the lamp shade. The lobby area was also very outdated. The place so bad we left without staying the night. We will never return.

Breakfast is amazing. The room is big with lots of space.

Carpet wasn’t clean

Had a super late check in caused by the computer system being down. When we finally got in a room it had a strange odor like stale air. The room was not the cleanest and in need of renovation. The bathroom was awful with mildew in the shower and hair from other guest still there. Worst Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in.

Our power was out due to a car accident and we needed something immediately. It had been awhile since we frequent the Greensboro location. We don’t have any plans to return as this hotel is outdated and needs some deep cleaning.

Staff was nice as usual and I just love the embassy

First, their computers were down and no one could check in until the evening. Second, they gave us a room that someone was already in and we walked in on them. Then the next room they gave us was disgusting. It stunk really terribly, the bathrooms were dirty, the carpets were torn and stained everywhere. We asked for a new room, but that one was worse - the bathroom smelled strongly of urine even after I wiped it down. In the common areas the carpet was worn, ripped, and rippled to the point where I tripped over it. The pool was dirty and cold. They had a nice outside area that we would have liked to sit in but it was locked and not available. As for the breakfast, yes it was free but you get what you pay for - runny eggs, fatty tasteless sausage, and unripe fruit. They did offer to get eggs made fresh, but there was a 30-minute wait for it. We won't be coming back here.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant stay. Could improve variety of healthy food items ( I.e. fruit, etc.)

The so many options at continental breakfast was fascinating and I loved the quietness on the 6th floor where I was residing. The common area/ lobby looked like a garden. Beautiful

When arrived went to check in but systems were down. But they did the old way of a paper trail and got us checked in quickly. Room was spacious could use a deep clean and there was hair on the toilet and the tub. Pool was closed for maintance. Breakfast was above what Ive ever experienced within any hotel, huge variety, everything was fresh and replenished quickly. plenty of tables to sit at also

-
Great stay friendly staff, don’t change the inside like a lot of other Embassy properties this is great. Great breakfast and bartenders
-
Embassy Suites are always a great place to stay with the Happy Hour and Breakfast in the morning. The room, especially the bathroom, could be updated. A little rundown.
-
My only disappointment was my room on the fifth floor with stained carpet. Other than that the stay was good.
