Great stay

My last evening I was able to do one large load of laundry, when I went to take it out of the dryer it was so hot. I couldn't even get my face near the clothes. I waited a minute and then as I was pulling my clothes out, they were extremely hot and the metal button on a pair of pants burned my wrist and I still have a blister( if that were a child, can't even imagine). I took photos. I don't see where I can upload them. Dryer vent not attached and stuck behind the dryer, bent severely, so all of the lint was flying in the laundry room, was filthy. Doesn't look like it was checked at all. Day 3, I requested my room to be cleaned & spoke to a hotel assoc. in the hall. I came back that evening my room had never been cleaned. Let front desk know, assoc. said "sorry". Cleaned next morning. Only positive: Lobby was always in great shape.

Very clean! Wonderful staff and great breakfast!

Returning guest from past trips but this time, hotel is under construction. Room was very dirty, lots of crumbs on the floor. Bed not comfortable, when you lay down it wants to roll you out of the bed. All the walls are marked up in the entire hotel. The room is too hot and the breakfast is poor, think microwaveable food

I was leaving early in the morning for a 5:30 am flight and the elevator did not work! I was on 4th floor and am a 61 year old female traveling with a large and heavy suitcase. The woman at the front desk simply said she would call the repairman later. I had to pull and bounce the suitcase down all floor floors!

Great value

The room had a moldy smell.

Breakfast could’ve been better. Overall still a great place to stay. Will be staying again

The room itself was clean but had a constant musty/mildewy smell. The other concern was that I checked in online prior to arrival and informed through the app that I was coming but will arrive after midnight and it was acknowledged. When I checked in, I was told "I almost cancelled you because I was about to start my audit." Also they should inform your guests with dogs where to actually walk them instead of leaving us guessing.

Very clean and friendly staff

Plenty parking and clean room. Breakfast is light and not well maintained. Staff is sometimes helpful but consistent.

The front desk was very helpful at check in, all staff interactions were friendly. Very close to the airport and other amenities. Restaurants with in a few miles.

If your plan was to stay here with the kids so they can swim in the pool and you might get to relax for a few minutes? Think again! Pool was not open while I was there towards the end of June..

Superb

Super clean, comfortable room. They provide free parking and shuttle for GSO airport if you stay with them.

Breakfast was better than most hotels. A lot of room and the food was very good.
