Room, check-in, service was great. However I was not pleased with the quality of the food in the 1717 restaurant for the cost of the meal. The service was excellent though. In addition, while trying to leave, I and other cars had problems with the exit gate in the parking deck. We had to be manually released by an attendant. I was late for my meeting.

It was a really perfect stay. The staff were so kind and accommodating. They helped us check in early and every interaction we had was pleasant. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter at college.

Very tasteful and comfy. Location was ideal for my brief trip. Every member of the staff I encountered was exceptionally cheerful and professional. Our server at dinner was so composed, well-informed and attentive, as was the young lady attending the breakfast area when we visited on July 15, 2026. I spent 10 years in the hotel industry “back in the day,” and I recognize a well-run property when I experience it. Keep up the good work. I felt the meals were overpriced, but our dinner and dinner service were excellent!

The top floor restaurant has a very nice views of the city, and the staff were very pleasant. There is not much to see within walking distance, but the street it's on has a few nice retail shops & restaurants.

After booking another hotel in Greenville and not feeling safe in the area, I decided to book here. I felt very safe as a solo traveler (my kid was staying at ECU overnight). The staff were very friendly, helpful and inviting. The room was top notch and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely check out the rooftop bar! The views were very nice. Food was excellent too! When I checked out I forgot my charger and the hotel staff called me to come pick it up! That has never happened to me before! I plan to stay here every time I visit my college kid.

Both people at front desk where incredible. The room was amazing. One of the beds was a little too firm but it was amazing The shower head was really high over your head.

Close to ECU campus - plenty of food within walking distance. Updated rooms - very nice.
