There wasn’t much for breakfast. But other than that is was nice

Customer service Not able to get in my room with the code lots of trouble

Location The room was half cleaned the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. There were things in the rooms that didn’t work.

Convenience to my location The bed was very uncomfortable had to ask for a remote for the room

The computer chair was broken and not adjustable. No light at the door to turn on. Otherwise was clean and staff courteous and helpful.

Only good was the location to ECU I paid for a queen room but bed in room def was not a queen think it was a full but def not a queen. Room had a funny smell and was very dated.

Nothing My son bed had stains, and the bathroom had gum on the shower. I had gotten sick and no one was there to help clean up and the TV stations were all out

Our room was dreadful. There was a horrible smell, so terribly bad that we had to open the window for ventilation. The smell was what seemed to be animal urine. We were hesitant to stay in the room, over night, but had no other choice as we were in town for ECU graduation. Due to arriving late on that Thursday night, and given our schedule, we did not immediately go to the room to put our belongings away. Otherwise, we would have requested another room or even requested the reservation fee to be reimbursed. We noticed at the corner of the room, at the end of the bed closest to the window was wet with potential urine or something that smelt awful. Upon check out, there was no greetings, which was acceptable, but no one asked how our stay was either. If we were asked how the stay was at that time, we would have been more than willing to share our experience and our discomfort.

Nothing. The entire hotel reeked of cigarette and Marijuana smoke. There were SEVERAL cockroaches in my room. Had ask for coffee in the morning. Breakfast was lame.

I liked the pass code room entry. Breakfast is just coffee, orange juice, oatmeal, and Belgium waffles.

This place is NASTY it smelled like old mop water and when I asked to leave with a refund only being in the room for 20 min I was denied

AC was good. Room somewhat dirty. Would not walk on carpeting without shoes. No mini coffee pots in room as advertised. Breakfast had waffles, no lids for coffee cups. And the first time we've ever had to pay an additional $50 for holding the room. Terrible.

The gentleman that checked me in was great. The next morning I’m having to wake the girl staffer up and she got up with an attitude. I asked for a cup to make my own coffee and that was disturbing her sleep. There were roaches in my room.
