Clean & an AMAZING staff!! Reginald & Javier were amazing!! Everyone was so nice but these 2 were exceptional! Just one breakfast person working & lied to a guest saying she was the manager when he asked for one. She was very rude towards some people.

The property was clean and in a great location The elevator did not stop at our floor so we had to call down for the elevator to be sent up to us . Also we had to go down to get fresh towel . Housekeeping never came during our entire stay

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the pool, as we were in town for a kids’ baseball tournament and wanted our children to have a way to relax and unwind after a long day of games. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. What was most frustrating was the lack of accommodation from management. Despite the pool being unavailable and not receiving the amenities we expected when booking, we were not offered any type of refund, discount, or compensation. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but I believe better communication and customer service would have made a significant difference. I hope the hotel takes these concerns into consideration to improve future guests’ experiences.

Room was great Swimming Pool was not usable

Was told when I asked about the pool that it was out of service and expected to be ready by the next day however that never happened. 4 days later no pool. Definitely put a bummer on the trip as I mainly booked it for the pool to keep my grandson entertained and it rained every day so the pool would of been great

Clean room and nice breakfast!

The hotel was very clean, neat, and beautiful. When I arrived, it looked like a brand-new hotel. However, the front desk staff member informed me that it has been open since 2018. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and respectful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Clean rooms and property, solid breakfast, great maid services and overall just a great experience.

My family were greeted by a gentleman named "Mo" when we checked in and he was very welcoming, professional and polite to us. The housekeeping crew did a wonderful job during our stay. We definitely plan on coming back to this hotel when we plan to visit North Carolina again
