Holiday Inn Express Greenville by IHG

My family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the pool during our visit. The complimentary continental breakfast was a great addition and provided everything we needed to start our day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable stay!

Sorry but this is how feel, you do not have to post this. When we returned Saturday afternoon, room 326 had not been cleaned, and I had to go downstairs to request towels and trash bags. The front desk said the room should have been cleaned as long as we did not have a notice on the door, which we did not. This was unacceptable and very disappointing. Mr. Taylor wanted to take a hot bath, but because the bathroom was not clean, he was unable to do so. In addition, we were charged for the room despite its condition, and I do not believe we should have to pay full price under these circumstances. Other than that, everything else was excellent, including the breakfast, staff, and parking.

Checking to hotel was fast. Staff was friendly. Parking was available. Breakfast was fresh and good. Room and everything in it was clean. Bed was cimfortable. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.

Mold on shower curtain and tub was slippery.

All encounters with the staff were excellent from check-in to breakfast to casual encounters in the hall way. Everyone was happy, helpful and exceeded our expectations, The breakfast was plentiful with many options. The scrambled eggs were perfection. The room was clean, comfortable and the black out shade was a great feature for getting a good nights rest.

Missed breakfast but parking was well lit and safe

Elevator was broken. Staff were not helpful. Very disappointed.

Rooms where very clean. And a lot of room for parking.

Smell: Hallways and room smells like mold. AC has crazy loud noise made us no sleep at all. Staffs are very kind. Breakfast: when we went downstairs at 9AM it was almost nothing left.

The room was clean but the toilet tank didn’t refill after flushing, the bathroom door was hard to unlock, the refrigerator wasn’t cold and the phone didn’t work. We were placed in another room which was fine. At breakfast they ran out of certain items by 8:15 and didn’t have anymore to refill it with.

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, bed very comfortable and clean. We were missing coffee pods but we didn’t notice until the morning so we had coffee at breakfast. I don’t care for bathtubs or shower curtains in hotels but the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good quality with good options. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
