Decent price and decent location. Rooms were nice and everything was clean. If you’re a big breakfast person maybe skip this one. The staff almost relished in telling patron after patron that they were out of things. Like they were delighted to not have to refill something. But other than that a great inexpensive option. Very clean and comfortable.

I’ve never stayed at a Holiday Inn express. I must say the beds were top-notch the most comfortable. I’ve stayed in in any hotel chain in a very long time.

Room wasn't maintained with towels or clean the room after wake up in morning.

The only issue I had was the tub/ shower was slippery. There is no tube mat as a result water and soap creates a safety issue.

Try somewhere else. Desk staff and housekeeping just don’t care. Recent renovations are being quickly trashed.

Poor morning desk management. Front doors disabled in the morning so you could not get back in without someone opening door for you. Front desk manager more worried about playing on her phone and watching TV then actively attending to guests needs. Witnessed drug transactions and drug use in the parking lot during early dusk hours. Staff does not appear to care about being brand ambassadors. Only bright spot is DeeDee the morning breakfast attendant. She cares about her work product and how guests feel. The rest have a false sense of entitlement that needs to be addressed. Came here often, will not return.

The breakfast was excellent We really enjoyed very modern practical room. We would definitely go back to that hotel.
