The hotel is beautiful. It has complementary breakfast and variety of things to get. The room was clean. You get 2 complementary drinks per adult upon arrival.

Hotel was nice. Room clean. Microwave wattage was not sufficient, did not work well as did not pop popcorn fully only popped less than half bag even though it was set at the appropriate setting.

I will start off by saying that our stay was decent and most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there July 31-August 2, our room was on the 9th floor, and our air conditioning was broken, needless to say, we didn't sleep very well. The first night maintenance was called to our room and the lady was not interested in looking at it. She barely walked in our room and said that a lot of rooms have air conditioning that is broken. We went to Target and bought a fan, that did not help. The next morning, we were going to breakfast and just happened to see a different maintenance person working on the air in another room and we asked if he could go look at ours. He did and said that we would have to change rooms. The front desk said they didn't have any other king rooms and all they had was two double beds. We didn't change because we paid for a king room, but they had another fan that we used, that still didn't help much. Most of the staff was friendly about the situation, but it just wasn't ideal. I really hope they do renovations soon. It is a nice hotel overall, clean, and they have lots of nice amenities. We had a good time overall in the area. Greenville downtown is nice and the park was a big bonus. We would go back, but it would probably be after they renovate.

I go to Embassy every other month and I enjoy everything about it!

I ended up staying for an extra night because my flight was delayed. Both staff that checked me in each time were top notch. Very professional and polite. Asked us about our trip and thanked us for staying there. Best service I could ever expect. Thank you.

The hotel was fine, my biggest gripe was the room had a pretty strong odor. Not like someone had smoked in the room but more like the person who cleaned the room smoked heavily and then wore too much perfume to cover it up. The staff was friendly. It was also pretty humid in the lobby like the hvac couldn’t keep up. The best amenity was proximity to a nice golf course but there was not discounted greens fees or preferred tee times or anything like that. I wouldn’t not stay there again but I’d look at other options first probably.
