Heather at the front desk was amazing. All other staff were so friendly and accommodating.

This hotel does not take cash. This makes tipping their staff extremely difficult.

Everything was great.

Paid for a room with king-size bed. Given a room with twin beds.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. We especially enjoyed the pool—it was a great way to relax before heading home. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service, I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay! Room was extremely spacious. Enjoyed the indoor pool and towels were provided on site. Excellent buffet breakfast. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

We liked the staff's friendliness and the breakfast. Top notch on both. We didn't like the lack of open hours of the bar/restaurant, the appearance of the rooms (they could use a facelift as our room on the 7th floor looked a little beaten up. The toilets are very low to the ground, which is not fun for taller people.)

The room was a bit warm, we lowered the temp and closed the bedroom door. The front room with the couch got very cold, our bedroom was warm. Also the beds are old, hard, and uncomfortable. Everything else was a really good experience.

Property was conveniently located, nice overall but chairs in the breakfast area were worn. Short-staffed in the restaurant at dinner. The room became hot at night requiring thermostat adjustments x 2 to cool the room. The sofa bed mattress in our suite was thin and uncomfortable. No free water provided in the room. The bottle in the room was priced at $7.00 see above

I loved the breakfast and the location. You could immediately smell the smoke on the property and in the rooms.

The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. The bartender was rude. But oh well, I just wanted a coffee anyway. The room was very clean and I loved how it was set up. It had a separate sitting area and the bathroom was so spacious The breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here of you’re ever in Greenville.
