Location was great. The room was clean and well taken care of. Not a big deal, but the dryer was out of order. I would also suggest they leave the door open to their washer machine instead of leaving it closed, as it has begun to smell.

Good location...about 10 mins from downtown. Clean. Friendly staff. Fitness Center and breakfast was a nice plus and free parking.

This is our go-to hotel when in Greenville. It was previously called "My Place" hotel. It is always clean. The biggest change is they no longer have the full Kitchenette. Now that is crazy because you get less but the price has gone up. It is still very nice!

We stayed on the property from Monday 9/14/26-to Friday 9/18/26 during our stay, housekeeping did not clean our room ONCE!! one day, I used the housekeepers broom and swept our room myself, and I exchanged towels and the garbage bags with the housekeeper. I was asking for fresh towels at the front desk.

Room was fairly clean, though some trash on the floor in a couple corners. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was much smaller than at other La Quintas and I had to go to the front to ask for more coffee to be brought out and when we went to breakfast, they still had over an hour left of breakfast, so not sure why they weren’t checking it.

A special thanks to Katrina. She was so friendly. When the power went out and the fire alarm started going, she kept her calm, she kept the guests calm. Perfect management of the situation.

Customer service was great! There was an issue on their end with my deposit but it was quickly resolved. The rooms were clean and I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms. They did serve continental breakfast but I did not partake so I can not speak on it but lots of people seemed to enjoy. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Amazing property for the price I paid!
