I cannot answer this question because we were never able to get a room. After driving nine hours to arrive where we were supposed to spend three nights we were told our room was on the fourth floor and the elevators had been broken for a couple days and she didn’t know when they would be fixed so she really suggested we look for another place. You would think the hotel would contact us and let us know that the elevator was down. Fortunately, we found another place to stay right down the road through Booking.com.

The property and rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and professional.

In addition, I found trash that had not been cleaned out from the shelves in the cabinet under the TV, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. At the very least, considering that the elevator was not working during my entire stay, I believe it would have been fair to offer a discount or make an appropriate adjustment to the room rate. I contacted you about these issues during my stay, but unfortunately, I never received a response.

This hotel is great, we've stayed here multiple times when traveling through SC. Breakfast is basic, that would be my only complaint. Hotel is always clean, rooms are great, and it is generally quiet.

Convenient location, kitchenette was helpful, very clean The elevators weren’t working. And, I think it has been out a while. They had no idea when it would be fixed. Someone needs to rectify this. The front desk let me know upon check in, but we prepaid already. And, I didn’t think I’d find an alternative in such short notice. That’s something you communicate prior to arrival. Not at check in. Note, as an extended stay there are many long term contract employees staying there. This may be unsettling to solo, female travelers. And, with the elevators not working. The stairs were the only option. I didn’t see any visible security cameras.

The location was good and easily accessible. The elevator didn’t work. It was mostly clean but still not.

I love the property I always stay here when I come to Greenville the staff is amazing very nice and friendly the young man that work at night is very nice and sweet don’t no his name but keep up the good work. When we got there I always look at the room and I find a dirty rag in the bathroom and food under the couch was not very happy about that

Great place for a longer stay. Kitchen comes equipped with all you need to cook in the unit. Laundry as well. Front desk also has soap available for purchase, if you forget, like I did. Location is great, close to stores and restaurants and highway. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, on the day before I was to check out, the only elevator broke down and I had a terrible time getting all of my bags and things down the steps. The staff were not particularly helpful about this. No updates or anything on the elevator repairs.

Great location near everything. Staff was nice. Loved the little kitchenette. No smart TV. WiFi was super slow. Couch in room was dirty. The room did not get cold with the A/C on all night. Beds could definitely be more comfortable.

The front desk person, Lala, was very nice. Check in was easy and we were able to check in a little early. Hotel is surrounded by several restaurants.

Property was clean and well taken care of, however, the night staff was hard to get a hold of for check-in and was either having a bad day or just normally rude. I would recommend this hotel in spite of the staff.

Amazing!

I really liked the bed; it was very comfortable. The shower was also great, and the towels were good quality. Overall, I really liked the room and had a good experience. The main issue was that there was some hair in the shower, which could have been checked more carefully during cleaning. I also didn’t find the front desk staff very friendly. In addition, the breakfast was very disappointing. There were very few options, and nothing was particularly good.
